Great place to go and take your car in. Very knowledgeable staff and they have great pricing. Very honest and informative about what is going on with your car. Will give advice on what needs to be done right away and what can wait until next time. I highly recommend taking your car in if you need any work done on it at all.

Having been to almost every Mechanic shop in the greater Seattle area for the 12 cars I have owned in the last 15 years, I have never encountered one shop that gives better more reliable service. Also, everytime I call around for prices estimate, Elite on Market St in Ballard right across from the locks always has the lowest price as well!

This is my go to place if I don’t have time to do it myself. I was a tech for 7 years and know the ins and outs of this business, so when my girlfriend said she found a place and was talking her car in because I didn’t have the time I was ready for the BS. When Brandon called with the update he was a straight shooter, no BS at all. He told me what he found and what he would do if it was his car and what he would «let ride». It’s exactly what I already knew was wrong and he recommended what I would have done. On pickup the car was vacuumed and ready to go. He really goes the extra mile. It nice to see real honest people are still in this trade.

What a great place to get work done on your vehicle! Went there and Brandon gave me an estimate of the repair and to my surprise when I went back to pick up my vehicle it was less then the estimate.
They also went out of their way to do a thorough inspection of my vehicle and noted on the bill some upcoming things that I will need to have done.
By far one of the best places I have ever had work done and I will continue to be a loyal customer of theirs.

Brendan is such a great guy! I don’t know much of cars, bought a livingsocial for oil change, they did an inspection on my car and explained thru all the terms I have no idea of! Bringing my car back from now on!
