Tanya was totally fantastic– we LOVED how everything turned out for our wedding this past October! Other than a few key flowers, color, and I general desire for ‘simple elegance’ I gave her no direction. She was able to create a vision for each element of the day and put together inspiration boards on Pinterest for my review. This made it so easy for me to understand where she was going and give input where needed so we were always on the ‘same page.’ What really was exciting for us was that she incorporated quirky elements that complimented my husband and I’s very different styles. Example: orchids (elegant/​traditional) with curly ferns and moss (rustic/​outdoorsey). The contrast of classic elements with the unexpected made for an unforgettable day. We are so glad we took a chance and didn’t go with the big name florist in Seattle weddings. Thank you Tanya!

Elements in Bloom recently designed the flowers for my wedding and they were absolutely beautiful. My mother and I met with Tanya and discussed my wedding colors, what would be fresh and in season at the time of the wedding and what it would cost to accomplish the look I wanted. Tanya was great about working with me, substituting one flower for another similar one, etc. to get the price exactly where we were comfortable without sacrificing the aspects that were most important to me, like my bouquet. She was also very flexible when I made changes to the design… we decided to put our centerpieces in mason jars rather than wood boxes that she was going to provide.
Communication was sometimes delayed and it took a few days/​weeks to hear back, but I greatly appreciated her flexibility and ability to accommodate my budgetary needs without sacrificing beauty.
My bridal bouquet was even more stunningly beautiful than I had imagined and my mother (who choose a posey bouquet rather than a corsage) and bridesmaids were thrilled with their bouquets as well. Tanya choose unique, bold flowers with lots of texture and foliage, just as I had asked, and I am so very happy that we used Elements in Bloom for our wedding!

Tanya was a pleasure to work with for my wedding flowers. I brought her some basic ideas of what I wanted and liked, and she found a way to make them work given my limited budget. Not only did all the arranged flowers look amazing, but we also asked for some bunches of flowers which also were beautiful and fresh. At the last minute we decided we wanted her to decorate the arch for the ceremony, with very little direction she created a beautiful arrangement that looks stunning in pictures.

Tanya is fantastic! Her flowers are beautiful and her attention to detail superb. I had the opportunity to work with Tanya on two weddings last summer and her floral stylings really made the entire evening magical. I love that she offers a fresh, modern twist to traditional wedding flowers. Her work is gorgeous, the flowers held up long past the wedding, and I was so happy to see that they were not the regular, boring flowers you do see at so many weddings — they were awesome!

I went to my best friends wedding and I couldn’t help but notice the flower arrangements everywhere. They were absolutely gorgeous. I had to find out who did them. So, I got Tanya’s card and called her when it was time for my wedding. She was accommodating enough to drive down to Portland, OR, from Seattle, and was in contact with the venue staff constantly. The best is the subtle details she puts in. She had the staff fold the napkins a certain way so she can put a little flower in each of the napkins to add a nice little flair/​touch to the table. It’s these little attendion to detail that makes Tanya the best in the industry.

Tanya Davis was a dream to work with. She works out of her home, and after our initial meeting most of our contact was over e-​mail. For the most part, she was great about responding, although occasionally it would take her a few days to get back to me. I went to her with some very vague ideas about what I wanted — some colors, some flower types that I liked, and a few pictures — and she delivered absolutely perfect arrangements. Her pricing was also very reasonable, coming in right at what our floral budget was. In our initial discussion, she also floated several ideas for things we could do in order to bring the cost down if we needed to. I made several changes to the order in between the initial quote and the wedding, and she handled all of it wonderfully.
