So I came in a few days ago. Around last Tuesday. I was looking to quite smoking and they did an excellent job.
So I roll in a dude rolls up next to me and starts answering my questions. Lo and behold it just some random dude. Fooled me.
But the next guy that came up reapply helped. Actually down selled me which was nice. Most vape shops would try and make you buy the 100 dollar kanger elite 9500 with gold plating. But no he sold me the newer nebox and it works like a champ.
After I bought the vape and juice he actually Sat me down and showed me how to make it work, maintain it and general noob knowledge. No shop I have every been in walked me through a vaper. Which was something that blew my socks off. Good job guys.
One thing you guys might want to get is a flavor master. Someone who knows what a vape juice will take like and how to cater to a customer. Other than that, this shop is top notch.

Loving the customer service and the selection!
I’ve been here only two times, once just to check out the place and once more for help. I walked in and asked if they had replacement part for a Nemesis Mod (My button had fallen apart and I lost some pieces. I was told that they didn’t sell Nemesis parts, but that they could help me out. One of the guys there proceeded to take apart his OWN Nemesis mod so I could have a new spring and pin for my button! That was much more than he needed to do. After the help I bought a new atomizer and talked about mods and other things.
Their prices are damn good, they have a good selection of mods RDA’s, tank and juices, and the shop looks clean and classy-​probably one of the nicest and presentable vape shops I have been in. This will be my new go to place for all my vaping needs.

Great place and they have Ripe Vapes e-​juice!!! At a good price too, but its just so hard for me to find parking as I come from outside Seattle. The one sweet kid with large gauge earrings (sorry forgot his name) is awesome! They also have house made juice I have yet to try, looks good though! Nice little shop in Pioneer Sq. area. hence the hard to find parking, but well worth it. Nice vape gear and comfortable shop.

EDIT: THIS REVIEW IS NO LONGER HOW I FEEL. TURNS OUT IM JUST DUMB. 5 STARS CAUSE THIS PLACE IS AWESOME, AND PARTIALLY CAUSE I FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT.
Let me start by saying that this place is my favorite vape shop. Hands down. Great selection and wonderful customer service. However today was different. Usually when I come here I recognize at least one person behind the counter. Today I didn’t. I came in to replace a mod that had broken with a totally new mod. I showed the guy my old broken mod (turtleship) and he told me it was still usable and asked if he could keep it since I’m getting a new one. I said sure. He showed me the skeleton key, I fell in love. Decided to buy it. He then asked me if I still had the battery to my old mod. This is where the two stars comes into play. I told him yes I still have the battery and it still works. And that was it. I bought the mod, headed home, and put it together. Turns out my battery doesn’t fit the mod. Its too short. At first it was no big deal but then the more I thought about it made sense for him to make a connection that these two things don’t go together. I gave him all the information he needed, and as the professional/​employee he should have pieced together that I would have needed a different battery. Especially since he sold me to the idea of getting the skeleton key in the first place.
However, don’t let this one bad experience desuade you from going here. I’m still going to come here (with more caution of course) and I recommend any other vape enthusiast to still check this place out. It really is a great shop other than this one time. And even then the guy was still kind and tried his best to be helpful. If anything I’m just annoyed at the fact that I have a $ 125 paper weight til the next time I’m able to head that way, and I thought people should know. Cheers!

This has become my go to vape shop when I’m at work (which is accounts for about 80% of my vape shopping). Everyone there is an absolute professional and extremely eager to help.
I’ve been in with a malfunctioning power supply and they were kind enough to spend the time to help me troubleshoot it. They were able to find what I needed by cobbling pieces together from spare parts. This may sound trivial but it just goes to show how customer service oriented they are.

These guys were really cool! And helpful! And friendly! Thank you so much. I went into the store in kind of a bad mood but they are so infectiously happy that I think I definitely left in a better mood with my new Nautilus Mini in tow.
I found them on Unilocal and forgot to ask about the 15% off my first purchase. I don’t think they offered it to me so that’s kind of a bummer. Knocked off one star.
Prices are reasonable, it seems. So see you guys next time I need juice!

I adore having this shop in the neighborhood when I need emergency supplies. The staff here is top-​notch — very knowledgeable and informative. Huge selection of juice, batteries, coils, and everything else ecig related. They give free 0mg tastes of any juice they have. All prices are a bit steep when compared to online ordering, but that’s expected when you have a downtown brick & mortar to run.

First time in the store — Seahawks Victory Parade, a rookie to the e-​cig had my first starter kit, well it broke and I was desperate, wall to wall people downtown, stumbled into Ecigexpress, the manager instantly asked how he could help… He set me up and on my way with a whole new setup and juice for ½ the price I had spent on all the inferior setup from a different store. I never forgot that, went back 7 months later and the manager remembered me!!! I’m not kidding. Well, let’s put it this way, the folks at Ecigexpress are very knowledgeable and most importantly are there to help you, educate you and give you all the options that fit your vaping needs or expectations. Even if you don’t want to buy, you can still enjoy a great Pioneer Square style experience…
I still take the ferry to shop at this store, it’s like going to your favorite coffee shop and half the price!!!

Best E-​Cig state in town. Hands down. The customer service is stop one and they have never steered me wrong. Ron, the manager, has always treated me like family. He recommended that I upgrade to an Aspire Nautilus Mini and I have never been happier with my tank. It hits like a champ.
The flavor selection is Amazballs. My personal favorite was the Elvis. A peanut butter banana flavor that’s savory and non-​invasively sweet. Recently tried the Monkey Snack which taste just like Elvis but is smoother and all organic. These guys rock and have made me a supporter for life. I will always support them even after I leave Seattle. Cheers!

The manager was very rude when I asked very fair questions, and he dodged my questions. The manager there has a short temper. I felt like I was in a police station-​not at a store. He is simply unprofessional. If he’ll do that to me, then he’ll do that to you.

Impressive juice selection and a super friendly staff! … would be my headline for this review.
I was in Seattle visiting friends and decided to check out a few vape shops, Washington State vapers on Reddit told me to check out 2 shops… this was my second.
First thing I noticed was how nice this place looked very professional. Great displays and a crazy huge wall of juices. I was mainly there to try some flavors and a very nice blue haired girl helped me out… I only mention her hair because she did… several times… but she was very nice and knew her shit so she’s forgiven! so this shop was very different from the type of shop I normally like but given it’s location in a touristy area and the mass amount of juices I’m still giving it 5 stars.
ok let’s talk juice. There’s this point when you almost can have too many choices and at fist glance I was there but then the Blue Haired Girl… BHG… did her job and guided me to happier places. turned out they had two of what I like to call jesus liquids… or brands I guess… juices that the internet… mainly Reddit, LOVE, I mean really love love… Space Jam and Five Pawns… I tired them… and I’ll keep that review to myself since this is the internet and I don’t want to make myself a target.
anyhow while I was there I saw the bhg quickly tell an old lady tourist about vaping and deal with a guy I would have punched in the face… let’s call him a vape snob. I ended up talking the another employee (a guy with very normal hair so… that) about some of the gear they had for sale… a mix of authentics and clones if that’s something you care about… I don’t but I like to know the truth so it was nice that they were honest.
I would say if you just can’t find the juice that’s right for you or you’re looking to make a quick purchase then this is the place. It’s not a lounge at all and that’s ok not every vape shop has to be. oh and the bhg get extra points (?) for not talking shit about the other vape shop I went to, in a town with 2 real vape shops there’s room for both. if I ever lived in Seattle I would probably end up doing some of my vape shopping at each.
oh and since cannabis is legal in Washington now they also had a nice little selection of solid matter and oil vaporizers. Tastefully done as well it is a Vape Shop not a head shop!

I started vaping over a month and a half ago. Clueless, I went into the store and got a very long tutorial from Ron about what’s in juice, how vapes work, explanations of various mods and models. It was a great, educational experience. Each time I’ve been back Ron has been a great help and is totally friendly.
Brittany helped me choose a great juice another time I went in. She had a strong comprehension of flavor profiles and asked probing questions to help me pin down a juice that was right.
The staff is always welcoming, approachable, friendly, and informative. This place is really great!

This place is THE PLACE to be seen, shop and get help on anything ecig related.
I have tried 6 other stores prior and none of them compare now that I have found ecigexpress.
The store itself is super cool, easy to view, not intimidating and has a retro feel about it. They have some unique ecigs that I have never seen before and a huge range of liquids.
I have gone through 2 expensive ecigs that have not worked for me and so at a last attempt to see if I could find someone knowledgeable to help, I took a trip into ecigexpress in Pioneer Sq. My entire experience was fantastic.
I spoke with Brittney, she answered all my questions, offered advice, demonstrated some ecigs and told me about offers and liquids they have.
She was not pushy at all and offered her advice on a level that I understood (I am new to vaping). I bought an ecig that she recommended for my needs and a liquid, Brittney showed me how to fill and how the tanks work etc. The cost was inexpensive and I was totally happy with the purchase.
If you want an ecig store that is down to earth, friendly, clean, honest, full of products and liquds you have not seen before, with staff that really want to help without being pushy then head to this store. You won’t want to go anywhere else.

Uhhh yeah! The review below is spot on. This place is awesome. I stopped in on my way to work. The guys were super knowledgeable, honest, on point, and helped me find just what I wanted. Super down to earth. I’m moving up north, and they have a shop up there as well, so I can only hope it’s as awesome as this one!
