Eazy Electric

Erik is great. I had him install an electric car charger and he did a great job. He was also helpful in answering my questions before the install so that I ordered the proper charger. I would definitely recommend him! The price was more than fair, only charging me 1 hour to do the install.

Erik lived up to all of the other 5 star reviews. He was punctual (actually early, but he waited until the appointment time to knock which I appreciated). We had some mystery wires that needed investigating in our crawl space. He investigated and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. We were then able to spend the remainder of the hour discussing the rest of the house and future projects. He took great care to explain the possible electrical issues we might face. After feeling super nervous about finding electrician we could trust, I feel very grateful to have found Erik. Thank you Unilocal and a big thank you again to Erik. I am already recommending him to friends and family.

I just had Erik finish installing stairway lighting, as well as look at various minor electrical issues bugging me since moving into my home a few years back.
Arrived at my house on the minute of scheduled appointment. I had purchased the hardware ahead of time and he worked quickly to install all of them. Gave me free advice on how to address some of the more minor issues as they turned out to be DIY projects I could handle at a more convenient time when I had the right hardware. Appointment took 2 hours. 1 to do lights, another 1 to look into various electrical inquiries.
Reasonably priced, plus he had a LED dimmer switch and outdoor receptacle to sell and install sitting in his truck to address a flickering light issue and blown outlet, respectively. A good guy electrician he was very helpful and honest to us. I’d definitely give him a call first for any future electrical work needing to get done.

If I could give Erik 10 stars, I would. He was on time, highly effective, and fast, and the end price came in lower than the estimate. What more could you ask for?
He’s professional and skilled, but most notably he’s a great problem solver. He managed to find a smart route for a circuit across our oddly laid-​out house and outside that required no cutting into the drywall, saving time and costs. I would not hesitate to use him again for complicated projects.

The electricity on one of the walls of our kitchen went out abruptly last Sunday night and one of my neighbors recommended I give Erik a ring. I put in a help request on his website Sunday night and by 8:30 the next morning he had gotten back to me. He showed up an hour later, quickly fixed our problem, and billed a very reasonable amount for his services. Word to the wise: Erik prefers checks so have those handy. We didn’t have one at the house and needed to mail him one. I was so impressed with his service and if/​when we ever get around to upgrading the electricity system (like we know we need to…) we know who to call.

Erik is clearly a very honest electrician.
He was available quickly for a bid, showed up on schedule, and spent quite a bit of time walking through everything needed for a major rewire. He patiently answered my millions of questions and even had quite a bit of his own professional advice, something I always need.
You can tell Erik cares about his craft and his customers, I highly recommend giving him a call/​email if you need electrical work done.

Awesome service and value. Erik added in new recessed lighting throughout our house, did the electrical for a bathroom remodel, and completed a couple of small repair jobs. Very friendly and professional. One of those rare people I can recommend without hesitation.

I hired Erik for three electrical jobs. Each time Erik was a great communicator, he listened to what I wanted done, gave great advice and options on how best to accomplish the job and accurately estimated the associated costs. Erik keeps your scheduled appointment, he shows up on time, he has the tools and equipment needed plus he will work with you to install items that you purchased yourself.
Erik is respectful of your home, he cleans up after his work, and he is honest about estimates and costs associated with work. I am a plumbing contractor. One of the worst things is having customers ask if I know a good electrician and not being able to confidently and enthusiastically recommend someone. What’s even worse than that, is recommending someone who has less than stellar results. I am very selective about who I refer. When I refer someone, it is a reflection on my business and me as a person. If I recommend someone, they MUST be excellent.
For a while, I didn’t have an electrician to refer. This is a bummer, because my customers at times look to me for a referral. But I would rather not refer, than EVER take a remote chance that the person I refer will not deliver.
I came in contact with Eric because I had a couple of customers I worked for who coincidentally hired Eric to do the electrical work for the project. I first noticed that the work was very neat and laid out in a very tidy fashion, and was clearly installed by someone who was a master of their craft. Not having anyone to refer to my customers when they asked, I was naturally intrigued. I looked at the permit and saw the name: Eazy Electric. Both of these jobs were going on at the same time (different phases of construction). So I asked my customer what their opinion was of him, and they were both along the lines of, «He’s amazing! Super nice, personable, very skilled, punctual, communicative… you should meet him! You guys would probably be friends!»
So, this was the final detail that convinced me that my sense of intrigue was not for naught. I called him up to get a sense of what he was all about. After I was reassured that he was the real deal, I started carefully referring him for certain situations. After receiving feedback that was consistently overjoyed (as I always follow up with people I have made referrals to in order to make sure that I am providing dependable referrals), I realized I had truly found a gem.
So far, EVERY SINGLE TIME I have referred Erik with Eazy Electric, my customers have been absolutely and completely satisfied with his integrity, honesty, work ethic, and communication. He is reliable and skilled, affable and trustworthy.
If you’re reading this review, remember that I as a contractor am willing to stake my own reputation on Eric with Eazy Electric. Why? Because I know he is skilled, I know he will deliver, and I know he is honest.
You can try, but you will not find a better electrical contractor. He’s the real deal.

Erik and team were:
–Punctual (arriving 10 minutes early every day)
–Thorough (answered every question and gave us scenarios and options)
–Clean (swept up daily and were ultra considerate of our belongings)
–Knowledgeable (were very familiar with our home’s existing wiring, plaster walls etc)
Our job was a total re-​wired of our 1940’s era house plus new can lights and a few other of our «wants.»
He stayed true to estimate (even after discovering some unknowns).

We hired Eazy Electric to help us install new electrical work for the mother-​in-​law unit we were adding to our home. Erik made a number of great recommendations. He added a new electrical box and installed outlets for our kitchen and laundry room. He also hardwired our fire alarms. All of these things helped us pass our electrical inspection with the city. I would highly recommend Eazy Electric!

I originally attempted to call a popular and more expensive electrician, but nobody answered their phone and their voice mail was full and wouldn’t accept messages. I found Eazy Electric and Erik instead, and I’m glad I did.
We scheduled Erik to come out and install a light fixture. We had attempted to do it ourselves, but the existing wiring was wonky so we decided to bring in a professional.
Erik showed up on time, and was very personable. He took care to take off his work boots when he entered the house, put down a drop cloth to protect the work area, and cleaned up completely when his work was done.
I appreciated that he took time to describe the work that he would do, and some possible challenges with the work. In the end, he was able to install the fixture exactly as we wanted.
I definitely recommend Eric and would absolutely hire him again.

Erik is great! Of all the other electricians, plumbers, contractors, drywallers we’ve dealt with in our home remodel, Erik stands heads and shoulders above the rest. He is responsive, thorough, attentive, does really quality work, and is fair. He works with a lot of integrity, and I think that’s a rare thing to come by in this field. Erik is punctual, knowledgeable, and is very reasonably priced for the quality of his service. He did a great job sorting out the wacky wiring in our house and came up with great solutions for us to implement down the road. Erik has been exactly what my wife and I were looking for: a trustworthy, responsible, genuinely caring and professional human being that can help us make sure we’re getting (electrical) things done right with our first home.
He shows up on time, quotes clearly, bills fairly, smiles a lot, and is happy to explain things and answer questions. He even encourages me to hover and see what he’s doing while he works, which I instinctively try and keep to a minimum. Best of all, Erik is sensitive to the fact that he’s working in our home, and presents us with options before ever just hacking away at things. I get to understand how the plan will go down, to decide what to do if challenges should arise, and to verify that things are good afterwards. It’s all the fun of doing electrical work, without the bother of actually doing anything or burning down the house.
Being a relatively picky person, I noticed on one occasion that the dishwasher Erik moved was re-​installed *very slightly* in a different position. Before I had the chance to ask about it, he was on the ground to readjust it and make sure it was precisely where I wanted. His attitude made it clear that no detail was unimportant. He has a great sense of humor, yet takes the right things very seriously.
When he finished a job slightly early and had a few minutes left, we ran around the house troubleshooting some different issues (at Erik’s suggestion) just to make good use of the time. So not only was the task at hand completed, but we also got *all* our unsolved mysteries quantified in the same visit.
Erik is someone I’m pleased to rely on and will continue to work with confidently, and I’m happy to invite into my home.
Please do not have Erik /​Eazy Electric work on your project, because I would like to make sure that he’s available for mine.

My boyfriend and I used their service and it was excellent! The technician arrived just in time, did every thing so prepositionally and quick he was super nice and the price was surprisingly lower than what expected!
Will use their service again when we need it!!!

I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.
A plumber was out at my house to install a new water heater, when he noticed a crackling noise coming from the electrical panel. He recommended an electrician who could come out, and even got him on the phone with me. Well, that guy canceled. We rescheduled. He canceled again. Next!
After finding Eazy Electric through Unilocal,I thought I’d give them a try. Not only did they come out super fast, but Erik was friendly, courteous, efficient, very knowledgeable, and got the problem fixed in just about one hour. His rates were fair, and he did everything for the same price that the other guy quoted me to just come out and diagnose the problem (i.e. no work).
This will definitely be my go-​to guy should I have any more electrical-​type needs in the future.

Wow, very awesome experience!
You know how you like to have your «car» guy, your «tax» guy, etc. We like to have our electrician as well. Someone we can trust, does good work, charges a fair price, and gives good advice. Eazy Electric and Erik get it done – touchdown in overtime, baby!
We have the epitome of the «job too small». One broken recessed light in the kitchen, but with an exposed wire. Called me back the next morning, scheduled for 24 hours later. Done.
