Downtown Road Service

Noah is awesome. He showed up way earlier than my insurance company said he would, and then we chatted cars for a bit after he helped jump my car. He gave some great information on my car and as the other reviewer mentioned offered a fruit roll-​up. If I run into trouble in the future. I’ll be sure to call Noah first.

Used the lockout service last week. Noah showed up on time, was quick, courteous and very careful not to scratch anything during the process. Thanks Noah!

the other day i was out the door and thought i was on my way to work, but my car was dead. after the first dispatched company’s assistance vehicle got mired in a fender bender the roadside assistance people called me back to say help was again on the way.
well «help» is an understatement when it comes to downtown road service — the guy who showed up was friendly, efficient, obviously well-​read on my car (a very popular hybrid model) and fast. i am curious about how things work and he answered my every question and explained (in terms a layperson such as myself can understand) what was going on. he gave my car a jumpstart, made sure i knew what to do next (keep it running in neutral for a bit) and after he had me sign off on the service receipt he said «i’ll be right back with something to sweeten your day.» he had a big container of mini sized candy bars and offered one to me. by no means a necessity for having one’s car jumped, but above and beyond what i had expected. (not to mention that after starting my day off in such a crappy manner a little sugar and a smile helped immensely!)
you can be sure that once my warranty runs out (the only reason i go to the dealership for anything) i’ll be seeking downtown road service out for anything they can assist me with. first impressions do speak volumes.
