Dr. Loshin was the first dentist I had ever been to that gave me a complete step by step plan on every single procedure that he was going to perform on me from start to finish. His gentleness and consideration to me as a patient eased any concerns I may have had, but I actually never had cause for any. Wonderful results that have lasted me throughout the years. A FANTASTIC dentist!

I’ve been coming here since I first started working downtown by a recommendation from a coworker. I personally have nothing bad to say. Going to the dentist is already a rather unpleasant occasion, but Dr. Loshin and his staff are always prompt and pleasant during my appointments.

3 years ago I got crown on a tooth. I let Dr. Loshin talked me into the «Premium» crown which was supposed to last 10 to 15 years. After the procedure his office charged 300 dollars more out of pocket than they estimated, so I decided to choose another dentist.
Last week the crown cracked. My current dentist Dr Young said I should go back and see if they’d replace it for free, saying «if it were my work and it cracked in less than 5 years I’d stand by it.» So I hesitantly went back to Lasting Impressions and Dr Loshin was unsympathetic and unhelpful. He said his crown warranty period was 1 year, and the a crown that last 3 years obviously had no defects in it. He implied that if I had been a «loyal customer» over the last three years the situation might be different.
Oversold, overcharged, under-​delivered.

My husband and I (and our kids, when they outgrew their pediatric dentist) have been going to see Dr. Loshin at Lasting Impressions for 30 years. I don’t exaggerate when I say that I’ve presented him with some real challenges. I have extensive lower bridgework, two porcelain crowns in front, a gold crown in the back, and have had more root canals than I can count. No flouridated water as a child? Predilection toward Milk Duds? Whatever the reason for my terrible teeth, I’ve had no problems with any of my crowns, which are now decades old, or with my bridgework. You will not find a more gentle dentist, who’s also up-​to-​date on all the latest technology, in the Seattle area. The office staff are professional and really helpful, too. I can’t believe it’s been 30 years! Please don’t ever retire, Dr. Loshin!

If you don’t mind months of extra visits before he gets around to fixing the problem you went in for in the first place, this is your guy!
