He explains everything very thoroughly so you leave your appointment with him feeling very confident in knowing you will be very well taken care of in case the unexpected happens. I was disappointed to see the previous post. I’ve been with Dave for probably 20 years. We’ve had several claims over the years, both homeowners and auto claims. His office has always been immediately responsive. We’ve had three teens that have needed auto insurance. Dave invited them in to discuss what insurance is, and the importance of doing the safe driving program. His staff follows up to make sure we get the info in for the good student discount. Dave’s made recommendations as to additional homeowners and umbrella coverages which we have adopted. He brings us in periodically to review the coverages we have, and discuss what can be dropped. Its been all about the service, in my experience.

Since all agents provide insurance, the only things that makes any difference is service, and probably honesty. My experience with this agency is that they rank pretty low in both areas. It took days for someone to return a call and when they finally did, there was the excuse that they were busy. Searching out a five star agent might be a wiser choice.
