I’m the kind of person who races random people on the street while jogging, when we meet at a crosswalk, little do they know they just stepped up to the starting line. I’m an intense person. I like my workouts intense. I seek challenges and I want to make the most out of my time. After hitting a plateau I decided to create a format that would have everything I was looking for. Integrating cross training and yoga was a no-brainer. The classes are designed to help you safely progress to an obtainable goal and lead you to your ideal lifestyle.

I took my favorite aspects from yoga and left the rest behind: drishti (sanskrit for point of focus), pranayama (science of breath control), and flow (aka «the zone»). .
