Specialties
Copperworks Distilling is a distillery, tasting room and retail store located on the downtown Seattle waterfront. Our spirits are made from premium malted barley, primarily grown in Washington State, and distilled in traditional, hand-crafted Scottish copper stills.
The company was founded by Seattle brewing pioneer, Jason Parker, and home brewing wizard, Micah Nutt. We offer complimentary tastes of our vodka and gin, and we have all-malt whiskey aging in oak barrels. Distillery tours are available.
