History

Established in 2010.

Concierge Care Advisors was co-​founded in 2010 by CEO Marc Lilly and EVP Mary Cordova to elevate the senior placement and referral industry through the highest ethical standards, self-​regulation and prioritizing the safety and security of seniors.

Our founders had deep, personal experience with their mothers, fathers, grandmothers, and other loved ones in long term care. Recognizing the incredible stresses and myriad decisions facing family members, our founders combined their executive backgrounds, respect for elders, and love for families to create a business that would provide white-​glove, personalized placement and referral services. Meet the Business Owner

Marc L.

Business Owner

During his thirty year career Mr. Lilly has specialized in the creation and successful management of novel healthcare-​based businesses. Marc started his healthcare career as a respiratory therapist, but quickly became a serial entrepreneur who created more than a dozen successful companies in the health care space. He also held management positions with companies like drug​store​.com, Allscripts Healthcare Solutions and most recently founder and CEO of Zynchros, Inc. His familiarity with the diverse aspects of the US Healthcare system, its stakeholders and emerging technologies make him uniquely qualified to help successfully lead the Concierge Care business model.

Marc and his wife Kecia are the founders of the Seattle Youth Board serving youth at risk in the greater Seattle area.
