Ive been seeing Jamie for over 2 years now and my skin has improved greatly. I used to have brown spots on my skin that were caused by overexposure to the sun. Jamie recommended the VI peel, after she applied the treatment on my skin, I could not believe the difference. My skin looked and felt amazing. After a few days the brown spots peeled away, and my skin looked so beautiful. I highly recommend Jamie for anyone who is looking to turn their skin around.

I was referred to Jaime by Nicki Vaseghi (L.M.E. at Bellevue Laser Cosmetic Center, who, by the way, is amazing in her own right) in December 2013 and have seen Jaime for facials about 5 – 6 times since.
On my first visit she asked me to bring in all of the skin care and makeup I was using. She did a thorough analysis and consult on the condition of my skin and gave me the best tips (for MY skin): Wash with a facial cleanser only once a day (evening), wash with just warm water in the morning and switch from my cream cleanser to a cleansing oil.
My skin has never been happier, more hydrated and as clear of clogged pores.
Jaime is consistently professional, genuinely cares about her clients, an expert at her field and someone I would send my mother, sister and friends I care for to.
In fact, I DID send my mother and sister to Jaime and they are now happy clients as well.

I’ve seen Jamie for over a year and I always look forward to my facials with her!
An appointment with her is like catching up with an old friend (yet she remains professional and is happy to have a quiet session if that’s what you’re looking for). She can be blunt, but I don’t necessarily want somebody who’s going to tell me everything I want to hear… so, it depends on what you’re comfortable with.
I like the products she uses and recommends — just let her know your price range and she will do her best to find something that works for you. I know my skin has improved because of her. Her approach is more clinical (hence the name) than say a relaxing day spa, which I find is more effective for my skin.
She has been very flexible with dates/​times when she can be accommodating, and I’ve had no problems booking appointments.

I have been seeing Jamie for 8 month. She has made recommendations for my diet, skin products and even supplements. I have followed her guidelines and have really noticed a difference in my skin.
I have had several facials and 2 peels. My last peel was the VI Peel about 3 weeks ago. I have «troubled» skin… adult acne and acne rosacea. I have been very please with the results. Expect your skin to peel! My skin felt tight the first day, was peeling slightly the second and by the third day it was really peeling. On day 4 the peeling was at a minimum and really not noticeable by the next day. I used the cream that was provided and never felt like I wasn’t able to go out or be seen in public. It cleared up my clogged pores and my skin looks better then it has in years. Worth the money, I am definitely getting another.
I always enjoy going into Complexion and I would recommend Jamie to anyone.

In response to May N. Review, I will say this about Jaime. Yes, she gets busy, the products are expensive (she lists the lines she uses in her website) Google them, and you can see their prices. Brace your self, and be ready to shell out some $$.
But who ever said anything quality was cheap? I have learned over the years that quality skincare is worth it. You only have once face, one life, why not look your best?
I’m on a student budget as well, so I get it, but again, if the cost is too prohibitive, then you may want to rethink coming here. The products broke me out too, but that was understood. And my skin is amazing now! Maybe I’m the rare type of consumer, who researches beforehand, I don’t like to go anywhere unprepared for the cost.
Jaime had the answers to my skin issues, and I am happy to say, months later, following her instructions and using the Epionce products, my skin is like gorgeous! I started seeing her about 5 months ago, and am so glad I found her on Yep!
She’s funny, smart, has an adorable toy poodle, (I have one too) and her skincare studio is beautiful. Its warm, welcoming, feminine, and cozy.
Pre– Book your next appt while there, and be ON TIME!!, Jaime is a busy gal, and depends on us to be on time, dont be running into my appt time, cuz your butt was late!

I’ve been going to Jamie for over 6 months now and I absolutely love her. She’s very knowledgeable, professional and honest. She’s also very personable and remembered my name after the first visit.
My skin has greatly improved since I’ve gone to her. I’ve received everything from cleanings, facials and even peels. I love her peels! They deliver result, especially the Vi Peel if you’re considering it. Jamie is very informative and she takes care of you so that you know what to do when you get home and how to care for your skin. She also provides great advice for skincare and makeup. I would definitely recommend her — especially if you have problem skin!

Ok, I am the queen of facials and have had them in many spas all over the place on a regular basis. Jamie is the best facialist I have ever had! She knows her stuff!!! Her passion for helping her clients achieve beautiful skin is refreshing and appreciated.
Yes, her products are higher end, but they WORK. I have been a Le Mer Customer for years (those are expensive!), convinced that they were the ONLY product good enough for my skin. However, Jamie’s products work so much better. Yes, I had a slight break out when I switched, but that is because my skin was getting such a deep cleansing. Thank goodness Jamie warned me that I might experience a break out, but she told me it was part of the deep poor cleansing process. That was good information to know so I did not panic about a few temporary pimples.
Over a period of the first several weeks using her products and getting my killer facials, I did notice that my skin was getting smoother and people were noticing that I looked «refreshed». I liked hearing those compliments!!!
Overall, Jamie’s spa is beautiful and inviting and I love the feather bed she uses for the customers. It is warm and fluffy, inviting, and relaxing!!! The other spas should use that idea because it makes her spa feel so much like a boutique spa!
I would highly recommend Jamie and her spa. It is truly a luxurious treat and definitely a hidden gem on the hill!

Ok I feel weird putting such an average rating since everyone else seems to be raving… but I have to be honest with my experience.
First off I will say that my skin has improved. How much of that is contributed to the products and how much it is to the facials — or simply just not using a ton of stuff in desperation to fix my skin I don’t know.
Jamie is very nice and warm and personable. She asks you how you’re doing and what is going on in your life. If she is late for an appointment she’s apologetic and gives you recommendations to a nice coffee shop nearby.
However, as nice as she is, she didn’t manage to make me feel very comfortable with the experience or myself. She would make comments about how bad my skin was in a tone that just made me feel bad about myself. During the acne facial she would talk about how bad some of the pimples were or if one started bleeding during extraction make a kind of «agh you’re bleeding over yourself» comment, which just made me feel worse about my overall situation. She gives this sympathetic «aww, it will get better. It took a long time to get this bad and it’ll take time to get better» comment… but that just makes me feel more pathetic about myself.
One time she was over 30 minutes late for my appointment due to a client earlier on backing up the entire schedule. She was very nice and offered me a free eyebrow wax. GREAT deal, considering they’re usually $ 25. However, throughout it she didn’t make me feel very competent about her ability to wax. Comments like «oops» and «uh oh» and discussing how she doesn’t specialize in eyebrows but in skin made me think, «then why are you working on mine!?» It ended up being OK, but talking about how you aren’t great at doing something while you’re doing it for a client probably isn’t the best approach to gaining client confidence. Also, she referred to my eyebrows as a «project» — which once again, did little to boost my self esteem.
She also recommended some products that broke me out, although I understand that there’s really no way to predict that kind of reaction. I did ask a question via email on a peeling mask she recommended to me after it broke me out but she didn’t respond to the question.
Speaking of products, she tends to recommend some pricey ones. Makes sense if they work, but it still hurts the wallet and you can’t help but think if they’re really all necessary. She did, however, make sure that she was aware I was on a student budget and seemed sensitive to that. But I can’t help but feel like I’m being roped into a ton of products and treatments :\
I asked to reschedule an appointment a few months ago (along with the question she didn’t answer) and she responded with saying she was on vacation and would let me know about openings. No response since then. I’m sure it’s totally natural for her to have forgotten seeing as how she has many clients. But I guess I’m using the opportunity to slip away and try something new for now.

I have had acne for about 25 years. Lots of different prescriptions to treat it, lots of over the counter efforts. Now, just over two months into seeing Jamie at her cozy space in Queen Anne, what seemed to be a forever problem is disappearing. I have never had compliments about my skin before, and now I am receiving lots of «Wow — your skin is looking great!» Jamie herself is knowledgeable and caring. This place is a find.

Jamie is the consummate professional. She is an expert at skin care, products, anti-​aging, teen skin care and even does a great job on my brows. Her space is relaxing and inviting and I enjoy and look forward to my appointments with her. I highly recommend Complexion Seattle!

I’ve been to Jamie multiple times and am so pleased with the treatment she’s given my skin — important is the facial itself, but also key is the expert advice she’s shared about caring for my skin, products, etc. I’ve had many facials over the years and find that my skin, under Jamie’s care, is in better shape than in a long time. Her space is lovely and Jamie is friendly and passionate about skincare. I highly recommend Complexion!

This place is one of queen Anne’s best kept secrets! Unfortunately for me, she is getting popular. Jamie is so knowledgeable about products, and I love that she recommends a selection of drug store brands and high end. She is very experienced and I love her space. She carries great product and knows them by heart. If you are in need of a great facial at an amazing price, this is the place for you.

My skin feels so soft I cannot stop touching it! Jamie not only made my face smooth and refreshed, she told me exactly what I need to do to help reverse the damage I’ve done over my years of being an outdoor adventure gal. She didn’t pressure me to buy products like some spas and clinics do, instead I came away with a plan of action. Thanks Jamie!

My appointment with Jamie was wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and has years of experience. She was professional and friendly. Her space is beautiful. I booked an appt with her because I was having major breakouts. My face has cleared up since I last saw her and the products she recommended worked great. I already have booked my 2^nd appt and cant wait for an even clearer face!

I just came from my facial with Jaimie. She is fantastic. Her space is beautiful, relaxing, with all these gorgeous little touches that I imagine CoCo Chanel herself would approve of. The facial was wonderful, her products are the highest quality, and my face feels amazing. What else can I say? I will be back.

As a man having my first facial, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The whole experience was amazing. Jamie is a real professional, carefully explaining each step of the process to ease my anxiety. She took time to really analyze my skin before the treatment which meant that the treatment was specifically designed for me. Highly recommend this for other guys who think that facials aren’t for them.

Wow! I was in need of some pampering so I thought I would indulge myselt with a long overdue facial. Not having any particular skin issues I opted for the «Therapeutic Facial». Not only was it a wonderful experience — Jamie is wonderful — very thorough, knowledgable, professional and kind — but my skin looked noticibly different afterwards. My eleven year old daughter even noticed! Complexion Clinical Skincare is a medical/​aesthitic skincare clinic so I wasn’t expecting it to be quite the «spa» experience that it was. The «office» is a beautiful, relaxing environment and once I climbed under those comfy covers with the dimly lit lights I had to do everything I could to stay awake so I could enjoy the whole experience! I must say my favorite part was the massage with the magnolia oil — it smelled heavenly. I will certainly be back and much sooner than later!

Jamie is wonderful! I’ve had two facials and one chemical peel in the last few months and it has made all the difference with my skin. I hadn’t really taken skincare seriously (because I didn’t have to) however I’ve noticed in the last few years the overall appearance of my skin has been changing. I sought out Jamie for advice and I’m sooo grateful and happy about how my skin looks now! She’s excellent and really cares about you and your overall health!
