Hello, my name is Hsuan-​hua Chang, founder and owner of Coach Seattle; a business coaching and consulting firm focusing on business growth and leadership development.

Since 2000, I’ve empowered hundreds of clients from a broad base of backgrounds including dentists, attorneys, physicians, realtors, financial advisors, and leaders in the high tech industry, through thousands of hours of coaching based on various methodologies.

As a Georgetown University certified leadership coach, I have worked with numerous executives to develop their leadership skills and management strategies, resulting in increased work performance and personal growth.

Emotional intelligence, Adult Development Theory, Emergenetics (thinking and behaving preferences), Visioning, Value & Culture assessments, 360 are the tools I use to raise my client’s self-​awareness and build team’s productivity.

History

Established in 2003.

My substantial experience, expertise, and results-​oriented achievements in this field have earned me global recognition as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by The International Coach Federation (ICF).

I also founded and am leading ICF Executive and Leadership Coaching Community of Practice since 2008 to advance the art and science of executive and leadership coaching.

Having held many corporate positions ranging from technical architect to product marketing manager, I bring extensive knowledge and an informed perspective to my clients in these areas.
