Clean & Happy Windows

I’m not sure what is going on with window cleaners in the area but after trying for almost 3 months to get someone to come to my house to clean my windows, Juan came to the rescue. He was polite and efficient and for a bit more than what I have been paying someone just to clean my gutters, he cleaned gutters, windows (inside and out) and screens. I was so impressed and so very happy to have clean windows again. Thank you!

Unlike the three previous reviews that were unsatisfactory, we have used Clean and Happy for years and have never had a bad experience. The latest complete inside and outside window cleaning was just a few days ago and it was excellent. There is not a spot or a streak left anywhere. Juan did a very thorough job and we would use him anytime. Our house, incidentally, is not easy with basement and second story windows. My wife sent the following note to the company yesterday: I just want you to know that the job done by Juan was the best one we’ve ever had done. He may have taken a little longer but there wasn’t a window that wasn’t done perfectly. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He’s a credit to your company. I happened to be at home that day when he was here, and will have him back anytime and refer you to our family and friends.

My windows are neither clean nor am I happy with this service. I hired this company to clean my windows and one spot on my gutter. The windows were streaked and spotted and my gutter was not cleaned. When I spoke to the owner, he said he would get back to me and I never heard from him for 3 months. He then called me and complained about not getting paid. He apparently sent the invoice to the wrong e-​mail address, weird. I reminded him that the job was not complete and I was unhappy with the result. He offered to lower the price and said I had until the end of the week to pay-​up. Meanwhile I had already contacted another company to complete the job.
BTW he charged me sales tax on the invoice. Per RCW 82.04.050 (2) (d), window cleaning is specifically exempted from sales tax. Gutter cleaning is taxable. I wonder how many customers paid sales tax on window cleaning and where that money went?
My issues with this company are still unresolved but I would avoid this company
