Claire’s Boutique

Terrible customer service. Two girls behind the counter when there’s a line and only 1 of them ringing customers up. I recently had my daughters ears pierced at a different location that is far from my home and they were crooked. I’m a dad and new to this so didn’t notice till I got home… fine. So I went to this location to ask them what I can do, they tell me to a) either take them out and have them redone in 6 weeks or so (yeah like I want to put my toddler through the pain of that again) or b) the ears will grow at different rates and not to worry they will even out… lol yeah… I’m in the medical field myself and know this is a bunch of bs… but anyways don’t want to sound like a jerk and just be polite and leave.
Went back today (6 weeks later) …had removed one of my daughters earrings because I didn’t want her to go through the pain of two again and asked them to redo it. Girl behind the counter said I would have to take my receipt back to the original Claire’s… C’mon. I ask her just to do I, I have the earring in my hand and tells me I’ll have to pay the $ 50 + bucks again. Are you kidding me? Should have done it for free but I can understand no receipt so they should have at least done it at a discount. Instead the girl just gives me this too bad attitude… I ask her for a business card and she says they don’t have any… hmmm.
Claire’s screwed up, they need to fix it. I have also talked to a few colleagues who said Claire’s also messed up their daughters piercings too so I guess the lesson is don’t get them done at Claire’s. Definately won’t be back to Claire’s no matter what my daughter wants… Ill spend extra money if I need to to get it somewhere else

The little girls behind the counter (3)of them checking out 1 lady… that’s insane! I waited in line before one of them rolled her eyes her name is (jenny) one of the other ditzy girl asked «are you ready to go (no i was standing in line for my health) just plain rude (a bit of advice girls finish school, get some customer service skills)

I came here to find the last piece for my Halloween costume and was excited to see that they had a huge selection of fingerless gloves. They tend to carry accessories that I can never seem to find anywhere else.
Sure they definitely cater to tweens but I think you can find cute accessories for any age if you look hard enough.
The only con is there was a bit of a wait since there was only one sales associate and she was piercing ears so we had to wait until that was done.

My 3 daughters LOVE this store! OK I admit it, I do too! I found some yummy smelling glittery cherry Jolly Rancher lotion there which I carry with me where ever I go. They always have a good selection on the kind of girly stuff my daughters adore, even a whole wall devoted to Dora for the toddler!
