This is the worst Chipotle service and management. My bf and I are regular customers for this location because it’s the nearest one where we live. We eat/take out almost once a week at this location and it’s getting worse. 1. 3 out of 10 visits the chicken was out or the brown rice or cheese or something else. It was 7pm and they close at 10pm. You still have 3 hours left to serve, cook some more. 2. Stingy portion. See the photo what we got! It’s only half of normal portion compare to the other locations. This is not the first time. This is a ripped off. Is it because I’m an Asian? You need to come up with a standard portion not based on the server’s individual generosity. 3. I don’t care about your service. I understand it’s a fast food. I just want my fair paid foods. I don’t know why this location is bad. I like the one in University District. I’ve been there many times(night/day) and they are pretty normal/generous with the portion. I am going to write an email to Chipotle so they know how bad this location has been managed. I hope the company pay attention to this.

The urgency of these employees at this location is troubling when I did visit this place there would be about 8 to 10 employees but only two would be working the front counter very slow. I even place my order online thought it would be ready when I got there but of course it was not ready I had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes before my order was done unacceptable. I also have observed at this location trash laying around. The line is extremely slow and always long out the door the employees could smile a little bit and not be stuck up our act like they better then you this Location needs to go through proper training again this Location should be shut down given the lack of hygiene dingy looking place need too revamp the place. I think the manager needs to have a long talk with the employees about what it takes too give extremely great customer service this location bad.

UPDATE Dec. 6, 2015: I decided to try it again, figuring it would be safe after the E-Coli closure this fall. Unfortunately my food was served at room temperature, ideal for the growth of bacteria. I threw out my food and left.

Came in 45 minutes before they closed. Majority of staff was working on closing the kitchen and shutting down. They had two working the front, but unfortunately for everyone else there was a large postmates order they were focused on. Seven minutes in without being greeted and then overhearing they were out of guacamole and not making more the rest of the night was just enough to send me back out the door. I can’t speak for the food here but their service is terrible.

I get something to-go at this Chipotle every week. It gets busy in the evenings, due to high college students volume. But the servers are fast! There would be 3 of them on the line, and more in the back cooking. It takes about 5 – 10 minutes on average.

I love chipotle, but I’m not a fan of this location. I’ve ordered online for pick up service and have arrived 5 – 10 minutes after the the time given online. I get there and the meal is never ready. Not even started. This has several times now. Mind you I go on my lunch break which throws my schedule off. The chips are always stale too. Won’t be going to that location again. It sucks because it’s right by my work.

SO busy yet the staff was on their game! Food was prepared quickly and their customer service was on point. I saw them add corn salsa to an order that didn’t ask for it– the customer acted entitled and rude but the staff stepped up and remade the gals order impressively quick without jamming up the line. Thanks for a great lunch!

Have lunch here 1 – 2 times a month. I pick up food for the whole family — I love their kids meals. Usually lasts us two meals. Never disappointed. Pro tip: Take 3 lemons, squeeze them into your drink, then add Pibb Extra. Its so good — can’t do Chipotle without it now.

Good, fast Mexican food. The food is always fresh and they have excellent guacamole. The biggest issue is the lines and the wait. Now, the rule goes you never want to eat at an empty restaurant. However, given lines at dinner couldn’t they hire another counter person. Also, they charge for extra guacamole while Qdoba is free(although guacamole is better at Chipotle). This is probably better place to go off peak times.

Typically, I do not base my reviews on service and stay focused on the food, however, the rushing and rude employees actually affected my food. We were the only customers in the store. I typically get the vegetarian burrito, which I think tastes pretty good. My girlfriend ordered and finished before me, she barely finished her order and the cashier started bombarding her with questions(over and over) «chips and drink? Chips and drink?» She got frazzled and told the employee that we were paying together and that I had the coupon. I JUST started ordering items on my burrito, the cashier kept talking to my while I was trying to order! «Do you have it? The coupon. The coupon.» Then she started asking my girlfriend to grab the coupon while I was ordering! I felt rushed and started looking for the coupon. I wasn’t able to finish creating my burrito and it was rolled up after I was rushed to pay. My burrito wasn’t as tasty as it usually was and I felt like a cattle being rushed out of the restaurant. Funny thing? There was a couple behind us that just walked in. I didn’t finish paying and I heard the cashier again«chips and drink?! Chips and drink?! That’s 7.94.» There’s nobody in the store!!! Calm down and let people finish ordering!

Whenever I come in, they’re really friendly and happy. The food is always good and as expected! I usually get the salad with beans, steak, hot sauce, pico de gallo, corn salsa, and extra lettuce! It’s always the perfect amount!

The urgency of the employees at this location is offensive. Each time I visit this particular Chipotle, there always seems to be 8 – 10 employees, but only 2 people actually working. The line is always long and extremely slow moving. This is certainly not a location to visit if you are in a rush. The condiment station, soda machine and dining room are typically unkempt and quite frankly, a mess. I continue to visit this location because it is 2 blocks from my apartment but honestly, I may start having Postmates deliver from a location elsewhere to avoid the line and the mess.

Quick, Cheap, Yummy, and all under 1000 Calories. Havent been in a Chipotle in years, decided to give it a try last night for dinner. Got a Chicken Burrito, with white rice, grilled veggies, mild salsa, sour cream, lettuce. All was fused nicely and it was quite tasty. The Burrito felt like it weighed 5lbs, and somehow I managed to scarfed it all down. Although it did take me 40 mins to do so.

Workers here and other locations need to be retrained on how to properly roll a damn burrito cause I’m tired of my burrito looking a sloppy mess! Got chicken hangin out of the foil sour cream smeared all over the foil I mean damn ugh so annoying! This reminds me why I don’t go here anymore but today was one of those, «I’ll give it another chance» kind of day. I’m over it.

overall solid Chipotle location, though it can be slow. The pace is a lot quicker than the one on third ave. The Northgate and Alderwood locations are my favorites. My main gripe is with portions. When I ask for more of anything(or for corn AND salsa) they roll their eyes and give the stingiest portion possible. Same goes for meat; especially chicken which it seems they’re strictly rationing most days. The customer service ethic could use some work. It wouldn’t kill the employees to smile, or at least not give off the vibe that they’re clinically depressed.

It’s a Chipotle — you know what you’re getting food-wise, but seating is very limited and can be difficult to get during busy hours. The line can also be pretty long and thus feels like it moves slowly. I will say, though, at this place, the times I’ve went, I feel like I’ve gotten a little shafted by the amount of meat, beans, rice, etc. that they put on my burritos. Maybe because they’re trying to speed things up?

I hate to rip on a place on the internet without offering in-person feedback because I think it represents the worst parts of sites like Unilocal and encourages people to be passive-aggressive instead of constructive with their criticism. That much being said, I’ve given this location many chances and I think I may have to just agree with the others and give up. On more than one occasion I’ve ordered online and shown up to discover that they weren’t watching the online order queue and hadn’t even started my food even though I’d waited the 30 minutes that I was told to wait. To their credit, they’ve been apologetic and offered coupons for future visits but it sort of defeated the purpose of ordering ahead for speed and ease of purchasing. Not to mention by the time I get there I’m already hungry and hungry + surprise waiting usually == hangry. Most recently, I ordered a burrito bowl online and picked it up(it was surprisingly ready when I arrived this time) and traveled home only to discover that the bowl was a little over a third full. Granted, Chipotle usually gives you way more food than any one healthy human should eat in a sitting so I guess it was a blessing in disguise, so to speak. Chipotle itself is pretty great, unfortunately this particular one is not.

This place is dingy, poorly located, and lacking in seating. It’s your characteristically crappy Capitol Hill restaurant, but with the bland conformity of a national fast food chain. The place has a weird vibe — probably a result of its«off-Broadway» location. It’s lodged awkwardly between First Hill and Capitol Hill, in that dead zone people don’t visit. It’s a deserted part of town. The interior doesn’t have much ambiance either. It’s a depressing sort of Brave New World environment, and you feel like you’re eating corporate mush. Not the best way to experience your food. I admire Chipotle for their socially-responsible business practices, and I don’t mind carb-filled consistency, but this place isn’t even trying.

I’ve been coming to this location for a while and they’ve been good, but lately their service has been going down hill. Question, why are all other items besides the burrito, bowl, or salad cost more then they should? Example, I ordered a meat quesadilla for a change as the sign says it was $ 4.00, but charged me $ 6.50. When asked the cashier she automatically assumed that I ordered large. Two problems 1). No where on their menu sign that says small or large. It just had one price of $ 4. 2). It only had meat and cheese for $ 6.5! To make matter worse when I paid and was on my way out the bag started dripping(I’m assuming from quesadilla as I ordered a bowl as well) all over the floor. Stood in the long line again for 5 minutes. When I got to the cashier again, I asked to put my meals in individual separate bag but instead she puts my semi torn bag into a bigger bag with handle. That does not help… still dripping… I just left. I give up. Two star because the food wasn’t bad. I

Chipotle is chipotle is chipotle, so no matter what your food here will always be delicious and fresh. Whenever I’ve visited this location, there have always been long lines that moved really slowly. I always order the burrito bowl, and here they give WAY smaller portions than what I’m used to! They also serve a fried tofu protein option here, which I want to try still, but thought it to be very fitting for the Capitol Hill location. Great alternative for people with different diets. Good job chipootle.
