Meet the Manager

Wendy W.

Manager

Wendy is currently County Manager and Vice President for Chicago Title in King County. Wendy joined Chicago Title in 1996 as an Escrow Officer and Branch Manager. She acted as the escrow manager for King County for sixteen years, where she was responsible for the residential and commercial escrow operation. During that time she supervised as many as eight escrow branches and over 70 escrow employees.

Wendy has been a Limited Practice Officer in the State of Washington since 1985. She is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women and the Greater Seattle Escrow Association. She is also a certified real estate instructor for the State of Washington and teaches escrow clock hour classes.
