I recently stayed 3 nights for a biz trip. The place was so comfortable with all the right touches that I joked about never leaving. Breakfasts and one afternoon’s freshly baked cookies were delicious, and the glass of wine at the end of the day didn’t hurt either. It was lovely to be able to make tea and coffee (french press) whenever I wanted.
I will be back.

Room more like an apartment with large living room, dining area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom + small toilet room. Everything super clean and well maintained. Every possible accessory and amenity including complimentary snacks, drinks, wine, beer.

Great B&B! Staying at this delightful inn with excellent service and beautifully appointed suite made our vacation a truly memorable experience.

Since I was getting married at the Woodland Park Zoo Rose Garden, my wedding planner recommended CSI B&B for my accommodations and let me tell you: it’s PERFECT. I booked two suites so the bride and groom parties could have enough space to get ready in. The staff were very responsive and helpful, even bringing up a bottle of rosé when I told them I was getting married that day.
The suites are spacious and comfortable with modern décor and plenty of windows for natural lighting — all ideal for «getting ready» photos. I was emailed a code to the front door and our suites were unlocked so check-​in was easy-​breezy. This also made it easy for the wedding party, make up and hair people, florists, etc to come and go without any hassle. The breakfasts were large, beautifully presented and delicious. Their kitchen and snack bar were fully stocked with high quality goodies that my bridesmaids and I took full advantage of.
This is a fantastic little getaway and I would recommend it to future brides and travelers alike. I see myself booking these suites for first anniversary next year.

An unexpected delight! We stayed here for only one night after traveling around the San Juan Islands. I booked this so long ago I forgot what the place looked like and was thrilled with the suite. The extra added touches really made it special for us. The breakfast was perfect for us.
We loved having access to the fridge and the ability to take what was there without paying for «mini-​bar» expenses. The hot tub is perfect for two and the back garden was a lovely way to have coffee in the morning. My only regret is that we did not stay longer. When we come back to Seattle this is where we will stay!

Can’t say enough good things about the Chelsea Station. Amazingly easy check in process and online booking. The rooms were ready when we arrived and in impeccable condition. Friendly staff. They nailed the small things, like when you asked for breakfast at a particular time, it arrives on time, not late. The kitchen is well-​stocked, but not overwhelming with things. Nice appointments in the bathrooms. Such a luxury to have a full living room, full dining room, and one and a half baths. No doubt about it, best place of all options for hotels for the wedding that we’re at this weekend. Must be a known place, as others seem to be jealous :-)

Wonderful B & B in the charming little Fremont neighborhood of Seattle! First class treatment from the minute we arrived. Feels like we like we own this place & aren’t guests! Walked up the steps to find an envelope with our name on it waiting for us with instructions. Then entered this beautiful home & found our high class apartment suite for the night. Spacious living room, dining room, kitchen (stocked with a Nespresso, French Press, teas, etc)., & gorgeous bedroom! Then we ventured down a few flights of stairs to the «pantry.» There we were welcomed with shelves full of sweets & treats, a refrigerator with sodas, water, beer & a little kitchen/​living area with red or white wine for you to sip there or take back to your room. We decided to have a little plate of crackers & cheese & took our wine back to our flat & watch some tv before heading out to dinner. Quite relaxing! We never saw the inn keeper or any other peeps for that matter – completely left us alone but rolled out the red carpet for us! We’ll be back here again & again for sure! (did I mention the bathroom has a Swedish shower & there’s 2 bathrooms in our suite?!)

My husband and I have traveled a lot in the past five years, and stayed in many places. We usually do a rental by owner type of situation, but for our short trip to Seattle we decided on a B&B. Chelsea Station was hands down the best place we’ve stayed.
When we arrived, there were fresh flowers and fresh baked cookies waiting for us. Every day when we returned to our suite there was something new, including a gift of Italian chocolates under the Christmas tree.
The suite was decorated for Christmas with tasteful items set around the space.
A few of our favorite things:
Nespresso machine — I think I drank at least three Nespressos each day!
Pantry — snacks and beverages galore, including beer. Wine was available each afternoon, too

We have already decided we’ll be going back to Seattle for a longer trip in the spring, and you bet your buns we’ll be staying at Chelsea Station Inn. We felt like family.

I spent a lot of time trying to figure out where would be a special and beautiful place for my bridesmaids and I to spend the night together before the wedding and spacious enough to get ready in the morning. And I also wanted a place romantic enough for my wedding night and would prefer not to have to check out of somewhere the morning of my wedding and check in somewhere else that night. After looking at pics of brides having their wedding at my venue Ray’s Boathouse I saw pics of a beautiful b&b where they got ready. After much searching I realized the gorgeous place in the photos was Chelsea Station. When I initially looked into it, it seemed pricey. But no matter what other options I looked at, hotels in Lynnwood, AirBnB spots, nothing could match Chelsea Station. So I took the plunge and made the reservation. They require 50% deposit up front. Best choice ever!
The suites are like an upscale 1 bedroom home. 1.5 bathrooms, gorgeous linens, upscale décor, fresh bouquet of flowers! The espresso maker was a treat! But the snacks available anytime downstairs with complimentary beer and wine and the amazing breakfast brought to you instead of in a communal dining room took the cake! I had never had an Izzy before and now it’s a permanent resident on our Costco shopping list thanks to our stay here. I spent close to $ 300 for four of us girls to stay there on Sat night, and $ 200+ for my new husband and I to stay our wedding night on Sunday. Worth every penny! The cookies in the room were so amazing my sister wants the recipe! My other sister loves green tea and felt like she was in Asia sitting on the floor drinking out of the authentic tea set. The bathrooms and showers are phenomenal! My hair stylists and makeup artist just kept commenting how beautiful and spacious the place was! My husband loved sitting in the hot tub the morning after our wedding night. The French toast was amazing too! And every employee I encountered was super helpful, nice, and polite. A special thanks to the guy (don’t know his name) who came in and cleaned the bathrooms and tidied up while the place was full of women getting ready the morning of the wedding 09÷28÷14 so that my hubby would have a nice clean suite to come back to that night!
When you consider the subpar continental breakfast at most hotels for $ 15+, and the value of complimentary snacks, beer, wine, drinks, ice cream bars, etc being available to you during your stay, the space you get in your suite, how nice, new & clean it all looks and feels Chelsea Station is a fair price and after you stay there, you’ll be trying to plan your next excuse to go back like we are! Valentine’s, birthday, anniversary lol?

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome in the Chelsea Station Inn. First of all, they had emailed us the door code so there was no one there to greet us. We just came in and made ourselves at home. The Inn is a 20’s era apartment building that has been tastefully decorated by the Innkeepers. It is well maintained, clean, and we particularly liked the Pink Martini CD that was waiting for us. So much so that we streamed them on Pandora across Whidbey the next day.
I’m not sure how I would feel if we had had to share the place with others – we stayed a Wednesday night, though we plan to put that to the test on a future visit to Seattle. As others have mentioned there is a well stocked fridge to raid and wine for tasting was left out for us. The hot tub was very inviting after a day of dining and museums.
We had looked at bigger hotels in downtown Seattle (Chelsea is about 10 minutes out by car) but we were so glad we stayed here. Jenni and I had kind of a perfect day topped off by our stay here. Breakfast was good and hearty but not eye popping. We both ordered large size and they were very accommodating about not using dairy in one breakfast.
Downsides – the website does not include descriptions of the various rooms (all have the same description). I decided on Suite 3 (which had a living room, small kitchen, dining room, master bath and half bath based on looking at the reservations page to see which one booked first. Probably could have called them up, but where’s the fun in that. While Suite 3 was great, it did have a bit of noise from the road nearby and Jenni thought maybe a ground floor one would be worth a try.
All in all, we will be back!

Chelsea Station has ruined every other B&B experience for me, as they have set the bar so high that I think it will be impossible for anyone else to beat it.

The most amazing bed and breakfast I have ever stayed in. I had my wedding at the woodland park zoo, so this B and B was in the perfect location. I stayed the night before and the night of my wedding. It is a beautiful place to get ready and a romantic place to have a first night as a married couple. The breakfasts were amazing and fresh and they have a pantry stocked with free ice cream, drinks and snacks that is to die for. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing place to stay, especially at the price. Very well kept quaint place. Nice touch with the complimentary full drinks fridge and snack display in the basement. Wished to have stayed a few more days, but alas were already booked. Breakfasts were excellent!

Celebrated our anniversary weekend here… Had a wonderful time. Blain our innkeeper took excellent care of us. cant wait to stay again!!!

An overdue review, we stayed here over the Christmas holiday. But let me say, the good memories live on. Great communication with the owners to reserve and easy flexible check-​in? check. Huge apartment, comfy couches, throw blankets to snuggle into, TWO BATHROOMS? check. Delicious artfully prepared breakfast with options for all diet types? check. Free wine and beer in the fridge downstairs? uhhhhhhhhh all I can say is
I love you Chelsea Station

This was easily the best place I’ve ever stayed. The room was large and had 2 bathrooms! The inn is located about 5 minutes from the Space Needle. I was worried about staying in such a small place, but it was very homey and the staff was amazing. Breakfast was tasty and was served in our own private dining room. The cookies that were waiting in the room were pretty amazing. I have no idea what kind they were, but I wish I had the recipe! The amount of free snacks and drinks in the pantry was also nice. I had a nagging cough after having the cold so it was nice to run downstairs to get water or soda to suppress the cough. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had a death in the family and needed to be in Seattle over this past weekend. This being a holiday weekend, and the biggest football game in Seattle history, it was a bit of a stretch finding a place. Then I randomly checked on the link for Chelsea Station. As beautiful as the photos are of the suites, they can’t do it justice because you are not able to capture the feel as you walk in. From the warmth of the colors to the beautiful photography on the walls, this place had us the moment we walked in. We had big plans of putting our things down and heading out into the Freemont area for dinner with my Brother-​In-​Laws and quickly ditched that plan and had them over for take out. Where can you find phenomenal service (Lori and Marina are top notch) paired with extreme comfort, wine tasting and a free and fully loaded snack and drink station? There are no $ 4 bottles of water here folks. Instead it is beer, cheese, nuts, sparkling juices, ice cream, and many other things I am forgetting to list. In the morning we had tasty espresso from a machine we now have to buy, and then breakfast came walking in. You have choices of small, medium, large, and extra large meals. Unless you plan on not eating for the rest of the day, not many people will need the extra large. We went with the large and it was huge! Not to mention beautiful and some of the best french toast either of us have had. I am not a breakfast person and I loved it so much that we took what I didn’t eat home for a snack. This will be a yearly trip for us, and from here on out it will be at least a two night stay. Thank you to Lori and Marina who’s warmth and hospitality made this trip even better for us.

We stayed here for our wedding almost 3 years ago and had such a great experience, I booked a stay here again for a small getaway for my husband’s 30^th birthday.
This place is amazing. It feels like a home away from home, but better. Everything is well-​decorated, clean and comfortable. When you enter the room, there are homemade cookies ready for you and chocolates (we thought that was a nice touch). The owner even stopped by and said hello to us, which was unnecessary (you let yourself into the Inn with a code– we love that!) but very sweet. It is clear that they have thought of everything and have taken every previous guest’s suggestion to heart. Anything we needed was already in the room. There is also an area downstairs with snacks, wine and ice cream (as well as items you may have forgotten to bring). In our kitchen, there was coffee (all ready for us in the coffee maker) and a french press, along with cream in the fridge. We watched a movie that we found downstairs in the snack area and enjoyed some wine that evening. The Inn is in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants (we walked to dinner). They also gives you a list of restaurants that deliver. We also loved the shower– it’s big and has two shower heads!
The best part from our last visit was the breakfast. There is a menu showing what you get each day. This time, it was crepes and asked for the «large portion». They were delicious and we LOVED that they were delivered to us in our room. We’ve been to other b&b’s where you have to sit with strangers in the morning and have awkward conversation and we don’t like that at all. The only thing I would say about the breakfast this time is that some meat would be nice (sausage/​bacon). Crepes tend to be very light. Last time we visited we got sweet potato pancakes with bacon, yogurt and fruit, which we preferred. We don’t often splurge so having a big ol’ breakfast in our room feels like such a treat.
This time around, there were a lot of signs around the rooms telling you what to do with your towels and your plates. We thought it was odd you had to bring your own plates to a bussing bin right outside your door… it seems like an added step to have to clear your own dishes as a guest. We have worked in the service industry and totally understand wanting to make life easier for the innkeeper, and we are all about picking up after ourselves, but we just thought it was strange to have to clean up in this way when we are at a B&B. The bin is in the hallway, which is only ten or so steps from the kitchen so we were unsure how it made much of a difference. This seems small (and it is) but when visiting a hotel or B&B one of the nice things about it is that you don’t HAVE to make your bed or do your dishes or cook (it’s a vacation and we don’t get those often).
Of course everything comes down to personal taste, and we still think this lovely Inn deserves 5 stars. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer! We will be back.

This place is lovely, romantic, central, private, cozy, spacious… you know All that you want. Oh yeah, and just a bit MORE. More like free beer, wine, bottled water, San Pellegrino (I know its also water, but I mean the flavored kind), Haagan Das ICE CREAM (I know, right!!!) snacks, etc. More like, the breakfast is WONDERFUL, plated beautifully, and discreetly brought to your dining room table (and if you have a bigger appetite than is normally satisfied by B&B breakfasts, its OK cause they have a place for you to let them know that)!!!
BUT, I don’t want you to stay there… cause there are only 4 rooms and I want to make sure there is always room for me.
