History
Established in 1985.
For over two decades, CHCS has provided the most advanced technologies to businesses and organizations at reasonable costs, while providing outstanding customer service. Founded in 1985 as a technology, training and management consulting firm, CHCS focused on helping our clients communicate more effectively. We provided training for national membership associations, cities, public broadcasters, and a wide spectrum of businesses and non-profit organizations.
Beginning in 1994, CHCS began using our communication and technical skills to produce some of the earliest websites. As the sophistication of the Web increased, we took advantage of technologies that improved sites’ content and visual appeal, and by 1996, CHCS was developing dynamic sites. In 1997, CHCS began offering Web and e-mail hosting services.
