My beau and I walked by this place and decided to stop in for a quick manicure — it was his gesture to have a nice treat for the evening for the both of us. He was a bit skeptical since he never had a manicure before. But I noticed the sign on the wall for the whole mani package, which included mask, paraffin, and extra massage for $ 25 per person. Sounded like a deal, so I got the package for us. The lady that did my mani did great, except she frequently stopped working on my hand to watch TV that’s mounted on the wall. But no biggie. I forgive. However, when we were done, my beau complained that the lady who massaged her was pinching his shoulder, not massaging it. AND she ripped a small portion of his skin while cleaning his cuticle. It was bright red by the time we were done. I addressed the issue to the owner and she gave us $ 5 off of our $ 50 total charge without even apologizing. He mentioned these issues to the lady while it was all happening but she didn’t even respond to him — turns out she doesn’t speak or understand any english… I know I’m not going back.

This is my new go-to spot for brow waxing and pedicures. I always go on a Sunday, early afternoon, then pop over to the 5 Point for brunchy goodness. $ 20 for a pedicure is a great price considering what you get: they have nice, newer massage chairs sugar scrub on your legs a nice leg/foot massage with lotion the callous razor!(be sure to ask for it if you want that — I think by default they don’t do it) OPI, China Glaze and Orly polishes(and a few other brands too) They take their time so you get a long enough soak and have a chance to relax My $ 10 brow waxing has been done by 3 different people and every time it was quick and they turned out great. They recognized me after only 2 visits. I love going places where you can feel like«a regular».

Save your money and your time. My first visit, a nice girl did my eyebrows quickly and they looked great. $ 8? What a deal. Second visit, a different girl was working. She took nearly 40 minutes to wax my eyebrows, obviously trying to fix her mistakes. She just kept taking more and more off until I stopped her and asked for a mirror. I tried to explain to her that she had made one eyebrow noticeably shorter than the other. Her english was so poor, she didn’t understand. I gave up, paid, and left. Now my weird, non-matching eyebrows are trying to grow back. Don’t go here, save your brows, girls!

Clean and tidy with a great view of the shenanigans that play out in a loop in front of the Five Point Café(and Laundromat). A very nice pedicure set me back $ 18. Not a bad price at all. And the massage chair was very relaxing.

My mom and I came to Seattle for the weekend and wanted to treat our nails to a manicure. My gal was very particular and precise, so, I opted for a pedi, too. although I was worried it wouldn’t last after I put my socks and boots back on. We both got Pedicure #1 which included a salt scrub and warm towel wrap… a smokin’ deal for 20 bucks. The regular pedi was only $ 16. Before I left, they put oil on my toes and wrapped them in cotton to protect my french tips. Very nice touch! Very friendly staff; the owner even ran outside and filled the parking meter for some other girls. Super clean, great massage chairs, big windows, $ 10 manicure, too…
