Cash America Pawn

Donald did extensive research on my product and was also very polite. Ended up getting the money we asked for. Recommend anyone coming to this pawn shop!

I have been a cash america customer for a while now. I had some unexpected things come up and needed to come up with some cash. I have a brand new iphone 6 and a brand new iphone 6 plus. (when I say brand new i mean they are still in the box and I still have the receipts showing I paid $ 900 less than 2 weeks ago). I went to two other cash america stores and the most that I could get was $ 100 for the pair. this wasn’t going to work for me because I needed $ 500. I came into this store hoping for a better offer. I was told the same thing here but when I started to leave, the manager (Donald) came over and talked with me. I explained the situation and he had me come back to the counter. He looked at all the paperwork I had and started looking on the computer and checking different websites. He then asked me what other stores I had done business with in the past. He called those other stores and asked them some questions (I am not sure what because he went to his office). After he came out of his office and had Ben give me a pawn for the money I needed. I usually use a different store that is closer to my house but this is the only one I will use from now on! Thank you Donald and Ben for all your help! I promise I will be back for my phones in 2 weeks!

Wow! This place is a step above everyone else. I’ve never seen a better or cleaner run pawn shop in my life. I have been here a few times before but this place is really starting to shine.
Donald the new manager went out of his way to introduce himself to me and the other customers during my visit? Also I would like to note that before they were usually quick to say no to loan a amount that I was looing for and Donald worked with me to maximize my loan and he then also gave me a really good deal on some tools I needed.
The selection of tools and audio equipment blew me away!!! Great and knowledgeable staff as well. Donald was down to earth and got me exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Donald, your service made a customer for life!
