Carol has been an amazing CPA for me. I have had several. She is prompt in responding to questions, patient, and was helpful in getting me more organized with expenses so she save me more money. Her rates are very fair.

Carol has been my CPA for over 15 years. I changed to her when I had her review my former tax preparers work and she found a very significant error. She has worked through very complex tax situations I have had with real estate and major life changes. She has been informed and very knowledgable. I have recommended her to friends and they have been very satisfied with her work as well.

Carol Jensen has been my accountant for well over ten years. She has done a consistently excellent job. She is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I have known Carol for over 30 years and have utilized her services as a CPA for my personal tax returns. Through these years, I have gotten to know Carol very well. I know her to be knowledgeable and caring in her profession. She has a vast resource of professionals, as well as a research data base of tax issues that the large firms use to refer to for answers to the most complex issues. Carol has been there to file a timely extension because I haven’t gotten her the information she needed to complete the return numerous times.
She truly cares about her clients as if they were her friends, and many become so. I have always wanted to give back to the community but have managed to do so mainly with money or donations of art. Carol gives back with her time and energy as well. She has raised money for causes such as Cystic Fibrosis, Alzheimer’s and Domestic Violence in the Seattle area and Sun Valley.

Ms. Jensen is an incompetent accountant. Days before our taxes were due we had to ask for our extension paperwork; it was like the timing was a surprise to her. She also charged an outrageous fee compared to our previous accountant. After all was said and done I had to negotiate lower charges because she attempted to charge us a late fee even though we hadn’t received any other invoices.
This year we switched to a new accountant and discovered Ms. Jensen screwed up on our returns last year. When asked about the error she attempted to place blame on us and deflate the issue. She cited conversations we had but couldn’t recall dates, whom she spoke to, or modes of communication. Ms. Jensen refused to rectify her erroneous miscalculation, which was a miscalculation of depreciation on a rental property.
We had to pay our new accountant to amend the previous year’s returns but at least we had peace of mind that it would be done correctly. Overall she has demonstrated negligent behavior and unprofessional conduct. Beware!
