Be aware that Budget attempts to push bigger cars then one needs I reserved a mini-Van one month in advance. When I got to Seatac they said they replaced their entire fleet of mini vans. They tried to upgrade me to a much larger vehicle. I was given a 10 passenger Ford Transit van which is difficult to find parking for. Too high and too long. We tried to exchange it in Bellevue/Redmond but the guy was inept and did not want to help us. The phone number goes to a call in center not at the airport. After much frustration we took the mini bus back to Seatac and got… a minivan. Customer service person at the turn in was kind and professional. I won’t use Budget again.
