This place is a huge rip-off. Our bouquet arrived with only THREEROSES… The photos on the website are deceiving and look wayyyyy better and bigger than the bouquet we received. We even paid extra for the«BETTER» quality bouquet that claims to be «full and lush» The description of the bouquet even gives height and width dimensions which our bouquet falls way short of. In addition it came in the wrong vase which the description specifically advertised as having a «heart clip» you can remove and wear, but the vase we received is completely different(and smaller). Above all the bouquet is mostly pink! It is supposed to be all red with red roses and red carnations(as per the description, and picture), but its full of pink carnations. This is so disappointing. We called the florist and asked if we received the wrong bouquet or if we could get a refund. They did agree to wire back $ 15.00… which is nice, but we paid almost $ 70.00 for this piece of shit bouquet. The man on the phone even suggested that we not order through their website anymore… That says a lot about their service.

Terrible customer service and the flowers are equally as terrible. 1. Flower delivery was 3 days late(uh what?) 2. Was supposed to be a bouquet of roses, etc. instead i got potted leaves(…) 3. They are refusing to provide a refund. Do not use this florist. Terrible terrible terrible decision I will not make again.

Alert– I’m not uptight. But this was the most disgusting customer service experience. I placed an order to arrive yesterday and wasn’t informed until the next day that the delivery guy forgot to pick up my flowers. I called calmly and said I was told specifically it could arrive 2÷4÷16 and it was time sensitive. I was offered $ 5 very rudely and I said, again very calmly, that’s not the point and the owner said its people like me who are poor and cheap and buy cheap flowers who always complain and All I said was excuse me you can’t be serious, he the threatened to call the recipient of the flowers to say I was being very cheap and that I chose the cheapest option and that I’m pathetic. I bought a dozen roses, I got disrespected. WOW. All because I called about flowers that weren’t delivered.

My friend sent me a bouquet for Christmas, and it was just beautiful. The bouquet lasted from before Christmas until almost the New Year. A lot longer than I thought it would last. I was very happy with it. Thank you!

I received flowers from a friend for my birthday. They came a week before they were supposed to be delivered. She had called and changed the date once she found out I was not in town. The first one was supposed to be a Vera Wang vase. The picture and what came looked similar but was ½ the size. So they shipped another vase of Vera Wang — a bit bigger but nothing like the picture. I felt bad, my friend spent $ 75 for these flowers and it was a disappointment on the service and the arrangements that arrived. In the future, she will be using another florist. PS

My husband purchased an arrangement for me to be delivered to work yesterday Jan 19. EVerything was processed by 1:30pm and it was not delivered by 5:00pm as promised. Today, January 20, it is 4:00pm and flowers were only delivered now! $ 55 and there is a dead lily in there and the smallest arrangement. Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!! Late delivery and then the quality of the arrangement is horrible. I will never, ever purchase using your florist again!!!

I received a beautiful Christmas arrangement from some fabulous friends as a surprise last week that came from Bloomfield Florist. Gorgeous red & white roses, Christmas tree branches, etc. — very festive. Since I didn’t order these I can’t review the cost but can share the flowers arrived on time as my friends expected. I’ve had them for a full week and only one rose has died, everything else surprisingly still looks beautiful and fresh. I would recommend.

We got a beautiful orchid and succulent arrangement delivered in an excellent wooden case. Plants arrived very happy and fresh. Thank you Liz and Sophie. I sent the following note to the senders. «We both are touched by your friendship, loving nature, thoughtfulness and caring.»

My work team ordered a bouquet for me when I had a death in the family. It was delivered when I wasn’t at work and three days later when I got the bouquet, it was still fresh, fragrant and beautiful. In fact, still lovely on day 4. The flowers really brightened my day.

I ordered flowers through FTD, and the florist fulfilling the order was Bloomfield. I upgraded the arrangement to the highest(and coincidingly most expensive) level available. I’ve included photos of what this level was represented as on FTD’s website, as well as a photo of the arrangement delivered by Bloomfield. I don’t think any further explanation is needed.

I received these beautiful flowers from my boyfriend for our anniversary. I was surprised how bad these reviews were, but I think they deserve 5 stars for putting these beautifully(based on my experience). Flowers seem fresh and smells really good. I am definitely putting these next to my bed so I can smell them when i wake up! =)

Just received an arrangement of tulips from my mother for my birthday. The lack of care and effort is astonishing. 10 of the scrawniest, saddest looking tulips I have ever seen hacked into random lengths and shoved in a vase with dingy water and leaves. Nothing like getting depressing flowers to remind yourself you’re another year closer to your own demise.

I don’t even know where to start. My mom passed away at the beginning of February, and my work thoughtfully arranged to have flowers sent to my home. I got a phone call on a Sunday from the florist telling me they would be delivering my flowers, but I was out of town for the weekend and live in an apartment building. They arranged a time to drop them off the following day and said I would need to give them a 2 hour window of availability. I told them I would wait at my apartment from 2 – 4, which I did. The flowers never came. I called Bloomfield to complain — I was frustrated, having shuffled my day around to wait for flowers, which were intended to be a kindness, not an inconvenience. The employee I spoke with that night told me that the driver didn’t get to me, and that they would need to set up another 2 hour delivery window the following day. I told him I was no longer interested in receiving the flowers, seeing as they had now been sitting in a delivery truck for 2 days. He said he would have a manager call me the following day. No one called. I called Bloomfield to speak with someone, and happened upon the rudest woman(girl?) I have ever encountered in customer service. After I voiced my complaint and stated that I was hoping to get a refund for my employer, she started yelling at me. I am not exaggerating, told me «it’s not okay to speak to people like this,» and called me a bitch. I started sobbing. I explained to her that my mother had passed away, and that somehow, this flower delivery experience had turned into a verbally assaulting nightmare. She hung up on me. I called her back, and after my call being declined 3 times(like a high schooler would do,) I asked to speak to her manager. She said she was the manager. I asked to speak to the owner. She said he «wasn’t interested.» I have never in my life been treated as I was treated by this employee at Bloomfield, and I hope this Unilocal review keeps others from using this deplorable excuse for a business.

We took our complaint to the credit card company and I’m happy to report here that we won. Just to give you a further sense of the despicable nature of the people who run this place: we contacted the credit card company to dispute the charges. Bloomfield Florist disputed our dispute and claimed that they had no record of any complaint from us. This of course was a lie and a stupid one at that since the Bloomfield employee who originally ruined my day over the phone instructed me to send an email with my complaint. I did just that, which left us with a dated record of our interaction. So we sent my email along to the credit card company and won the dispute. I won’t go so far as to say that it doesn’t pay to be a jerk in this world but for the people who run this terrible business it certainly didn’t pay to be stupid, stupid jerks.

I ordered directly from bloomfield and the flowers were fantastic! Avoid the middle man if possible. I’m very satisfied with Bloomfield and will be ordering from them again. ^_^

So the owner, Gary, had contacted me the day after I posted my original review. He was to call me last Saturday to come up with a resolution. They offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on their website. In this all around miserable failure for a delivery, nothing short of a 100% refund and an apology not only for the abysmal failure, but also for the rude, ignorant customer service, would be acceptable. Gary said he called Fri, which is possible as I missed a blocked call and email he would call again Sat from an unblocked number. Needless to say, Gary has gone missing and stopped responding to emails. I’ll follow up if they ever make this right.

I was to be delivered flowers yesterday, for my anniversary… they were to delivered before 3 pm(I saw the recipient) when my partner called at 4 they said by 6:30 and sorry! Ok… The flowers were delivered past 10 pm last night Or before 7 am this morning(no knock at the door, I have dogs if they knocked, barks would have happened) I’m not sure what happened but several flowers seem to have committed suicide and beheaded themselves on the porch, are they sad flowers? Have a history of depression? I’m not sure…. I am sure The water is filled with leaves and completely murky. Gross man. Murky water smells, but I don’t have to tell you that flower man, you know. I can’t imagine this is what my partner paid for, and if so, please tell me so I can reevaluate our relationship. –flowers are a treat, and should be delivered on time whole, alive and in clean water. My partner works hard for the money, so hard for it honey. she works hard for the money so you better treat her right, alright?! Amen.
