History

Established in 2009.

Augustus Bukowski Branch Manager opened the Roy St Branch originally under Loan Network in January 2009. Over the years the mortgage industry has consolidated, and we have now become Bay Equity. Bay Equity has provided us with the tools and products needed for our customers to succeed. We have access to expanded Jumbo, First time home buyer, and renovation loans that we have not had before.

Augustus grew up in the Phinney Ridge neighborhood, where was first introduced to the Real Estate market. After attending WSU he returned to Seattle and began his career in mortgage. Within the first 2 years of business he became one of the most knowledgeable lenders at his brokerage and decided to open his own branch. In January 2009 he opened his first mortgage branch with the goal of helping home buyers obtain financing for their dream home.

Augustus has over 8 years of experience in mortgage lending. He has been a member of the Bay Equity Presidents club in 2013 and 2014. Most notably in 2014 he was a WAMP Nominee for Mortgage Loan Officer of the Year. Contact Augustus today to see what you have been missing.
