Great view of downtown Seattle and beyond from this hidden spot. I found it on one of my morning walks so unless you know it is here, or discover it on Google Maps, you won’t find it. There is no street parking nearby, but there is the Northwest African American Museum across the street with plenty of parking at the attached Jimmy Hendrix Park. This viewpoint is right above where the 90 goes into the tunnel and off of 23rd Ave. You will get some great pictures here!
