Baskin Robbins always will and forever hold a classic banana split in my heart. The service was actually really pleasant and very helpful with the questions we asked. Oh and let’s not forget the ice is well Really Delicious Lol… Hey no one I mean no one makes a classic banana split with the original toppings like Baskin’s Robbins does… You know your craving one now so stop on by. Hurry up before I eat them all

Of course the ice cream is good, but the people running this place are extremely unfriendly. Wouldn’t go back for that reason. Need to work on their customer service.

He asked me if I wanted peppermint ice creamI had correct him that I wanted winter white chocolate 3 times and yet, when I came home, I opened my pint which was filled with peppermint ice cream. Awful customer service.

Always drive by this place and want to pop in, but previous reviews almost scared me off. Came in around 8:00pm on a Wednesday and was promptly greeted by an employee. He asked how my day was and I replied«pretty darn rough», his response«On a scale of 1 – 3 how many scoops to cheer up your day?» Really friendly and easy going. The place isn’t the cleanest or swankiest, but the ice cream is fantastic. It isn’t a boutique type of place, if that’s what you’re after go to upper Queen Anne for some higher end fare. But if you’re alright with inexpensive, yummy food, from a modest shop, I say check this place out.

I am updating my review as I received a note from Albert, the owner’s son. He instructs me to «stop being an asshole, then more of an asshole when called out on it.» I will post here what I replied to him: «Any public comment from his MOTHER, the actual owner of the shop is welcome at any time! That is the purpose of Unilocal in fact — an open public forum that provides owners an opportunity to improve and address interactions with their customers! I am far from the only person that has had trouble here. My reviews are a 100% fair accounting of my experiences(one of the reasons I actively update them — good or bad), and the fact that she cares as little for her Unilocal comments as she does about her shop speaks volumes as to the ongoing issues with this shop.» Further, I am fairly certain that it was Albert(the person in the photo attached to that message) that was ignoring me in favor of texting and Jeopardy at ear-splitting volumes the time I recounted here on Unilocal.Yelpers be warned!

Less than impressed with this location. Obviously, you go here for one reason: Ice Cream. However, if we are getting down to the nitty-gritty of reviews, this place is less than appealing. It doesn’t look like it has been throughly cleaning since… well opening. It’s dingy, the windows are foggy, the cashier/scooper is unenthused about his job. I almost feel more like an inconvenience than a valued customer.

We’ve been going to the Elliot bay location for years. Have noticed that the waffle cones and sprinkles are stale and rubbery. Place could use a good clean. Guess we’ll start going to menchies in the village now.

The worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to in my life. The whole place feels stale and unfriendly. The guy behind the counter very loosely scooped the«hand — packed pint» of ice cream I purchased. The pint had huge air pockets spread throughout when I went to scoop it into bowls that evening — what a rip off!!!

Loved it! Stopped by this past Sunday with my niece to pick up a few quarts of ice cream, as finally we had a *rain-free* day, lol. :D Anyhow, the owner behind the counter was a gem, super cool, said I didn’t even need a coupon for the $ 10 special. Unlike the B-R in Renton on Rainier that never accepts coupons. Will try to stop by this place more often, love the atmosphere and especially the service! 5stars! :)

I prefer NF yogurt, but on occasion I’ll order ice cream. In hunt of the allusive Cone Head badge, I decided to stop by this place on my list which I hadn’t been to since high school. Eeesh, it’s changed. Forgive me for saying so, but the staff are just weird. And by weird I mean strange, if not down right creepy. Add to the fact that it appears in need of a serious interior cleaning day and exterior upgrade, even in close proximity, I’m afraid I’ll stick with my weekly yogurt fix at more aesthetically(and less creepy) places.

ice cream is what you get here. the guy that works here could be a little more friendly as he is serving happiness in a cone.

Yeah, the guy who works here is usually less than enthused about his job, but he’s never been rude to me. The location isn’t the cleanest, and I’ve seen rats in their parking lot(but there are lots of rats around Queen Anne – it’s true). But the ice cream is good if you don’t mind how overpriced B-R is now.

I drove here and their parking lot is best suited for 3 cars at best… I was the third car. That was unpleasant. The guy working there had his kid and a few other relatives there. Kid was all over the store including behind the counter and in the back area. Not a very pleasant experience at all.

The ice cream is what you would expect but the customer service is awful… always is. You always feel like you’re bothering him by taking him away from his tv in the back or his cell phone. The store is dirty and old, the signs are burnt out and you can tell that he could care less. The ice cream is the only thing you can count on being good.

After a stop at the Kwiki-Mart and before dinner at Mistral, I took my boyfriend here for an ice cream on the day of his 31st birthday. Yeah, it’s just like we remembered. Extremely sweet ice creams and decorative cones that were stale. Nonetheless, it was still a photo opt at 31 flavors. :)

The child isn’t much of a cake eater, strange but true. She’ll lick off the frosty and hide the cake, or cupcake. No amount of intervention or out-right accusations on my part can really get her to stop. So her for her birthday this year I was not going to buy her something she wasn’t going to truly enjoy. And for this the goddess gave us ice cream cakes. Of course leave it to me to be taking the child with me on the day of her slumber-party festivities to pick out a cake. With joy and exuberance(I had just found out the Ballard Ben & Jerry’s was closed), the child and I wisked ourselves off to Baskin Robbins. There a delighful woman greeted us and whipped a lovely, scrolly pink Happy Birthday McKenzie! on the world’s largest ice cream cake(hey, it’s my princess’s birthday) in no time. We even stayed a bit and had some samples … … Um, you know what? I think I’m gonna head there this afternoon. :o)
