Specialties

Develop the length of a dancer and the strength of an athlete with our highly effective 60-minute workouts. Each class follows a thoughtful sequence for fast body shaping results and long-term postural benefits. barre3 evolves the dancer’s workout by combining the grace of the ballet barre with the wisdom of yoga and the strength of Pilates. Classes are set to an upbeat soundtrack and follow a vigorous pace moving through a sequence of postures designed to shape and lift the entire body. Childcare is offered for specific classes and all props are provided. New clients please arrive 15 minutes early. No experience required.

Heather K.

Business Owner

Prior to opening barre3 studios in Bellevue, Issaquah and Seattle, Heather trained and participated in numerous triathlons, half, and full marathons. Since developing a regular barre3 practice, her race times have improved and she is thrilled with the long, lean «dancer body» results. Before having three children, she owned and operated a public relations firm in Austin, TX.
