Employees are aloof and get distracted while taking/marking clothing. Since all clothing is cleaned off site, it’s essential that it be marked so that it’s returned to the customer. I went in with a large amount of dry cleaning(almost $ 300 worth) and one item was not marked, and thus, was never returned. At the drop off, an employee engaged in a very personal conversation with my husband and I, and was obviously stressed. While I am empathetic to her issues, it is no surprise that an item was not marked. I will be forthright in this review and say that I contacted them and the store said they did not have it, nor was it in lost and found at the central location. Unfortunately, this was a one-of-a-kind sweater coat which cannot be replaced. I escalated the issue to the central office, asking that they contact all branches of the cleaner’s assure my item had not been misplaced, and have not been contacted. I’m certain that I am receiving the«ignore and it will go away» treatment, as I accused them of either being unable to process an order properly or potential employee theft. Obviously, I’m angry. Simply put, go somewhere else that does their dry cleaning in house. At very least, your clothing will stay on-site.

Pretty decent prices in my opinion, fantastic service and great quality! This is my go to place for dry cleaning. They charge $ 2.40/button up shirts. And they charged me $ 15 for a full tuxedo suit plus vest. Everything came out looking nice and crisp. They also have a great turn around time, I had a lot of clothes done and they were done in less than a week! This will definitely be the place I bring all my husband’s clothes to

Asked specifically to have blouses steamed – they were brand new silk blouses that got wrinkled during shipping. They charged me for dry cleaning — they were new! If that was their policy, they should have told me up front. Forgot to give me a pair of pants I had altered, so I had to go back – no apology. Lastly, they charged $ 12 to fix the hem on one leg of a pair of pants. It didn’t even have lining. Wallingford Cleaners had previously fixed a loose hem for me, without my asking, for free. Although the clothes look clean, the service wasn’t the best.
