Not sure what happen here I spoke to Gary who was a very nice person, but after I gave him my money he did not complete the job. At first Gary was very responsive to my calls and I really like that. I hired Gary to serve legal documents to a defendant I was suing. Gary did in fact state that he tried serving the defendant but did not succeed, and would try again. When I tried to follow up it took him over 3 weeks to get back to me. He told me that he was out of town because he had a death in his family. the thing is he never called to tell me that he wasn’t going to try again. He said he would send me an affidavit of what he attempted I never received the affidavit. My court date passed I had nothing to bring to court and he still has my money. I’ve sent numerous emails and left numerous messages with no response.
