I love this place! It is soooooooooo clean and I think the prices are fine – it seems reasonable to me and I think it is worth it for such a nice place. I do my grocery shopping next door which I love for efficiency. I’ve been here many times and have never waited for a machine – which is awesome! Keep up the good work, Azteca!

So they advertise that they have drop off service… I guess it’s by appointment because I show up on my way to work expecting them to be there, but there’s no workers in sight and a sign on the window with a phone number if you need help. I don’t know if I’m crazy but if you offer services and you’re not going to be there during operating hours then that’s something you need to make clear either on Unilocal or your website… Went 20 minutes out of my way for this place because the reviews were good– all for nothing. How hard is it to find fluff and fold services around here? Too bad.

I still prefer Azteca if I’m doing laundry in Burien, but my last few trips there have not been as good as previous ones. Several screaming kids, and a new attendant who is extremely LOUD talking with patrons have made the atmosphere here a lot less inviting. The owners always made this a professional business but the new attendant is far from professional. Yelling and cackling with customers made me want to escape Azteca as soon as my clothes were barely dry.

I just recently bought a home and do not have a washer and dryer yet so this laundromat has been my go to place. I’ve actually put off getting a washer and dryer because the machines here are super huge and I can knock 2 weeks of laundry out in as little as a few hours! whoo-​hoo! I will admit this place is a little pricier than other laundromats but they more than make up for it. All the machines work, the place is kept clean, and it’s not as crowded or loud as other laundromats. I’ve been 3 different times at different times of the day and it has been a pleasant experience each time.

100% honest, I threw my clothes away after getting it washed here. Ruined my clothes, black marks all over, stinks like shit. I am being truthful. Don’t be fooled by the clean floor. This place sucks, its really expensive, you will pay minimum $ 5 to do 1 medium load. I threw away my clothes after the 20 minute BS wash.

I have not been to a laundromat in years. I have been lucky enough to have a full size washer/​dryer in my last few apartments. My new apartment has the smaller, stacking washer/​dryer. I had to wash sleeping bags and a couple of comforters, and this place looked like the cleanest place to do it, (I didn’t care about the cost).
This place was cleaner on the inside than it looked on the outside. I went early in the morning, and there was someone there to help me figure out the new, (to me), machines. They have everything you could ever need to do a load of laundry, and they have laundry services as well. After I got everything in the wash, I went to the Mexican store next door and got some Mexican pastries, read a magazine, chatted with the nice owner, and the time flew by! This is by far the best laundromat experience I’ve ever had. I will be back!

Great Customer Service, Really Clean Laundromat. Price is quite expensive. On visit $ 50…

I’m not going to even lie. When I have to go to the laundromat, I usually am dreading it. Why?, because most laundromats look like crap. This one not so much.
The place is kept clean & all the, machines work! I repeat… all the machines work! Major kudos to the owner for staying on top of this. There are usually, laundry baskets, etc readily available. The place is a little pricier than normal so bring extra cash. Other then that, no complaints here.

This place is clean, new and in a good lot but the price is way too high and their machines are smaller too compared to the more ghetto ones a couple miles down. Its smaller too so I think if you try and come on a Saturday morning, you wont find much machines to use. I won’t be going here again, I cant afford to spend $ 20+ a week to wash my family’s clothes, I’m better off buying my own machines.
But goodluck. I think you’ll like the features! I prefer to drive my dirty laundry to white center. =) bigger and cheaper and cleans well over there.

I second everything Nori V mentioned. I went on a Saturday around 1pm and there were only a few people in there. It was a very relaxing experience. The place was spotless… even the restroom.
It is a little bit more expensive than the other places around Burien. Hot water wash is .25 more.
The washer I used was quick … runs in only 20 minutes.

I haven’t done laundry for over two weeks and thought it was about time to do it. I had about 3 baskets full of clothes, beddings, blankets, rugs and towels to wash. I really didn’t want to go to my usual places and prance around or tackle the others for wash and dryers. Since this place was little closer and not too busy everytime I had passed by, I decided to try this place.
This was my lucky day! I went in around noon and no one was around. The place looked spectacular! The machines were wiped down (no finger prints) and not covered in soap scum. There were no dirt, no lint and no fabric softner sheets on the floor. Not even kids running, screaming or riding the cart baskets and it was ~quiet n’ peaceful~. There were couple dryers in use and they were not loud, a low hum, oddly it was soothing to my ears.
This place have two regular standard washing machines and several (sorry I didn’t count, I’d say about 20?) different size front loaders — small, large and big loader. There were also mid-​week specials — Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on their washers. Depending on the size of the machines, you get twenty-​five to 75 cents off. There were about 16 dryers. They did the job in drying in about 25 minutes.
I saw a flyer that read ‘Wash n’ Fold — 8am-​11am — Monday — Friday’. I asked the guy at the counter, later finding out he was the owner named Will, how much they charge for their ‘Wash n’ Fold’. He told me it was 75 cents per pound for regular wash and 90 cents per pound for premium wash which Tide detergent and Downy fabric softner is used. If I’m ever lazy it’s good to know, I may use the service. ;)
Will, the owner had this laundromat open since August of 2007. He’s a nice and friendly guy.
Even though this place is about 3 – 4 dollars more than the usual places I do my laundry, it was worth the sanity and stress free experience. Plus, it’s in the plaza where you can go shopping at the Goodwill and Latino market, get your hair done next door, go eat at the fast food burger or pizza joint and if the laundromat ever gets crowded and crazy, there’s also a bar and ice cream parlor across the street to treat yourself! ;P
One more information on this laundromat if you’re doing your laundry late at night, the last load is at 9pm.
