Auto Quest

I purchase a lot of cars; probably a dozen over the past 4 – 5 years. I found AutoQuest after searching and reviews. No haggle pricing, fast, efficient, professional. I was in and out in an hour and 15 minutes, including financing. Zac was a pleasure to to work with, no bs, I will be buying my future cars there for some time to come! I got a great price on a clean used vehicle. Thanks!

This is our second purchase from Auto Quest in Seattle, in the last 6 months, each time working with Zac. Not only is their inventory of vehicles outstanding, they provide you no pressure and lots of opportunity to tryout the vehicles in which you are interested. With both purchases we traded in vehicles, and were provided the trade in value we were seeking. In our last purchase we had a few items we wanted to be addressed with the vehicle we purchased, it was taken care of within a couple days and exceeded our expectations. A Fantastic experience due to the outstanding staff including Zac, Branko, Shane, Craig, and of course Michelle. We are looking for another vehicle now and will certainly be purchasing through Auto Quest and working with Zac and the team.

As a female it can be intimidating to go buy a car because your not really sure if the sales person has your best interest. A friend referred Zak at Quest auto and said he would take good care of me. Quest has a variety of high end vehicles for really great prices. I am not kidding I was there for three hours, found my dream car, and drove home. It was easy they didn’t try to haggle with me. I bought a four warranty for my 2006 Audi because I know that parts can be very expensive for that brand of vehicle. I financed the vehicle as is. I got home and two days later the check engine light came on. I was so bummed and felt a bit of buyers remorse. I called Zak and told him he got me in to Arrows auto just down the street from the dealership, and said whatever it is no worries we will pay for it. It was a minor thing but it put me to rest that even though I bought it as is, they still took care of me. Arrow rocks too by the way. I felt spoiled. Quest also paid for a new set of keys because the old clicker was pretty worn. I have recommended them to a friend already and will go there when it is time to buy again. On another note, the art at the dealership is so pretty, it was a comfortable place to sit as I did my paperwork, and all of the salesmen were very good-​looking, well dressed and well mannered.

I have never had a good car buying experience until now! After visiting 3 different dealerships and getting either treated poorly or ignored completely finally Dominic and Auto Quest showed me what great above and beyond customer service was all about! I was not only impressed with their customer service and professionalism but also their beautiful inventory and prices were the best too! I literally walked on the lot found my car, traded in my old car and drove off in my new Mercedes (which Im still obsessed with) within a couple hours total! I’ve told all my friends and family about Auto Quest. This is the only place to buy a car in my opinion. Thank you!

Dominic Adams and the crew at Auto Quest have been amazing. They helped us with above and beyond service and were great to work with for my moms new car. Not to mention… they have the BEST PRICES!

I have owned a lot of cars, and bought them from private parties, as well as new, as used dealers. Simply put, Auto Quest is the pinnacle of that experience.
Zak, Dominic and Craig were great. But the real gems here are Michelle and Shane… their customer service skills can’t be taught… and they could show Les and the Nordstroms the correct way to go the extra distance without costing the business a dime. Perfect experience.
…and I love the car.

Asked the Sales Manager about a specific car in inventory. Told twice that’s it’s getting an oil change and was reminded that I was «already told you that I don’t know when it’ll be back» no eta on return because «you know sometimes they find things that need to get fixed». Called a 3^rd time but this time the GM answers and tells me that it’s out as a loaner.
I know it’s a used car, with potentially multiple owners and it being a loaner makes no difference to the next buyer, but just be honest the first time and that it’s out as a loaner and not «getting it’s oil changed».

Great service and very laid back. The cars speak for themselves and the guys are there to answer your questions, compared to being there to «sell» you something. Dominic and Branko were extremely helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this spot!

We’ve bought two lexus from Autoquest in the past. All good. A year ago we bought another one… unfortunately it had a cigarette smell that never came out. A year later on a hot sunny day when the smell was at its worst, I sent them an angry email. Zac responded come in, we can make this better. Suffice it to say I calmed down and they did make it better, I traded in the smelly car for a newer Lexus SUV. It was more than a fair deal that they gave us in the trade.

We purchased our first Lexus RX from Auto Quest about 6 years ago and I had a really hard time parting with the car because I loved it so much! It really came down to wanting a bit more power and upgraded features. After some vacillation and test driving other cars we decided to just trade our older RX in for a newer model because I love the car so much. Auto Quest has a fantastic website with lots of details and pictures. All of my husband’s e-​mails were returned promptly. Zac and Dominic are very knowledgeable, friendly and seem to love their jobs! There is no pressure and hassles and everyone is honest and friendly. We never felt rushed, even when we showed up to test drive an Audi right before closing. Make sure to check out the unique, beautiful artwork in the office!

Auto Quest was the best car buying experience ever. They gave me a fair price on my new car and they also gave me a better price on my trade in than what I asked for. They also gave me better financing then what I had. I highly recommend them and I will definitely check them out for my next car purchase. Once I test drove the car, my deal was done in 20 minutes and I was on my way home. No pressure sales and very good vibes.

Auto Quest makes dreams come true! Finding a car can be a huge ordeal and can take a very long time. I went in to Auto Quest last Sunday expecting to have a long run-​around day especially that I have a family. Dominic and Zac took care of me so nicely, it was so amazing to have great easy-​going vibes when buying a car.
I got a new beautiful sports car and drove off under 2 hours of getting there! I couldn’t believe it. Car dealerships always have a bad rap for being scuzzy, Auto Quest is the opposite of that. They let you voice your needs and help you get exactly what you want.
I would recommend Auto Quest to anyone.

Actually No I wasn’t told that you would all call the past owner I was told by the sales person that he would give me the customers # so I can call him so I have to correct you there. Plus if a customer ask if there are any service records and to be told that those are confidential and on top of that to be told if you did have any service info it wouldn’t be shared with me anyways tells me there is something to hide. I’m sure all your vehicles you sell are in good order. But to be told by a sales person that even if he had mechanical info on the vehicle it would never be shared does sound a bit fishy just saying

I honestly still can’t believe how good and easy my experience was working with Zac. I’m moving to CA soon for work and need a new car. I knew exactly what I was looking for (2013 535i M Sport) and I’ve been looking at them non-​stop for the last 3 weeks so I knew what I wanted on the car. Originally I was going to wait until I moved to make the purchase but after I saw this car on their website I decided to take a look at it. It had all of the options that I wanted and was the exact color scheme that I was looking for and it had about 10k fewer miles than what I was seeing anywhere else. Zac took a look at my license, gave me the keys and told me to «have fun» as I headed out the door for a test drive. None of that tagging along BS where he points out the cup holders and the purrrr of the engine or whatever. When it came time to talk price I told him where I was looking to be and he told me his bottom line and we found something that worked for both of us with no back and forth nonsense or pressure one way or the other. I also had a trade-​in that was a consideration and frankly I wasn’t expecting to make a deal that day because I thought that I was going to have to make some minor fixes on my car in order for him to give me a fair price… I was wrong. He took a look at it as-​is, looked up the Blue Book value and frankly he gave me significantly more than I expected to get. Finally, he casually asked me about my financing, which I had in place for 3.1% at BECU, and then offered to get me approved for the same loan term at a significantly lower rate (which he did)! I couldn’t have had a better experience than I did working with Zac and I don’t care if I live in CA or Africa, I’m buying my next car from him as well. The whole thing was so damn easy that I was hesitant to leave the lot because I felt like there must have been a catch… there wasn’t. Go check them out, you won’t regret it!

OK buying experience but terrible follow up. I bought a Lexus SC 430 from Zac and he was definitely low pressure, bordering on disinterested. The radio antenna was broken when I bought the car two and a half months ago. Zac promised to take care of it and after a lot o dorky excuses from the lot manager Shane the parts finally came in. Shane promised me a loaner car but when I arrived he said it would just be a few minutes and I should wait. Three hours later I’m still waiting at their shop (Arrows Automotive). The mechanic at Arrows explained that since they bought a cheapy universal antenna it is taking longer than expected. Auto quest is trying to save money with no regard for my time but with the extra shop time they probably won’t save any money.

If you enjoy spending weeks, days, and hours playing the car sales game going back and forth haggling with managers at multiple car lots… go ahead. I honestly like spending my time doing other things. This is why I always come back to Auto Quest because I know that I am getting a great deal and the transaction is smooth and quick. I like Auto Quest’s way of doing business. They price their vehicles in such a way where it cuts down on wasted time wheeling and dealing with salespeople from 5 car lots.
In 2015, I know what a car is worth and what people are paying. There is no more hidden tricks. This is why my wife, brother and I have purchased half a dozen vehicles from Dominic Adams over the past 10 years. He is a no non-​sense sales professional who has always been honest and given us a fair deal. There has been instances after the sale where he has went out of his way to accommodate concerns that most dealerships would have wash their hands clean with after you sign on the dotted line. If you don’t want to deal with the BS of buying a car give him a shot to earn your business.

I first found Auto Quest on
and was nervous about visiting an independent dealer. After seeing the reviews, I thought I would give them a try, and I’m glad I did. Zac and Craig were extremely professional, and directed me to a gorgeous Lexus RX 350 that met my needs for comfort and luxury. The price was great, and they gave me a fair offer on my trade in as well. The sales process was easy, and it took me maybe 30 minutes tops to close the deal and be on my way. I will definitely be back for my next car, and will be sending my friends their way as well.

Unorganized… their staff (Zach and Dominic) don’t communicate well with each other and then blame customer. Their lack of communication resulted in my sister driving away with vehicle and then being told she needed to bring back because financing fell through. Then as I stepped in to resolve and ultimately finance the vehicle I was told my sister had lied in original application, which was not true.
As I attempted to discuss process and actual facts/​frustration with buying process Dominic said «I’m not going to go over this with you, your sister lied on the application» and HUNG UP on me even though my sister was in lobby with check from my credit union for the vehicle.
If I could figure out how to get check back and return vehicle I would. There is a right way to handle situations with paying customers and hanging up on someone is NEVER acceptable (unless person is disrespectful, cursing, etc– which I wasn’t).
I personally am in market to purchase vehicle and was excited to find them (like working with smaller businesses rather than big box dealership) but after being hung up on… I wish we didn’t even purchase current vehicle from them!
Tons of glowing reviews… the filtered reviews probably show more accurate picture.
UPDATE: still waiting on updated license plate/​tabs and registration for vehicle (expired in September). Drove car away in November (they continue to give us temp stickers for window). Today is January 6^th, 2105. Will continue to keep you posted.
