I usually don’t Unilocal about fast food restaurants as I think we all know which one’s are better than others, but I had to review this one as it was just such a weird experience. This is a review that I hope the manager see’s because this was not a food quality issue, but a customer service issue and employee issue. I will say the cashier who helped me was totally professional and very nice, so don’t want her to be part of the rest of this review as she was totally fine. Now for the rest that wasn’t so good… There were these fruit fly looking bugs all over the dining room. I tried moving to several different tables and figured out the one’s by the garbages were worst as that is where they were coming from. All the cans were full, so I can only assume that is why the bugs were there. I really don’t see fruit fly’s in Seattle in October, so not sure what was going on there, maybe it was some other small flying bug, but either way, it was really disgusting as they keep landing on my food even after I moved to different tables. I ended up just getting a bag and taking it to go.
Next odd thing… when I first walked in there were 3 girls just getting off shift that were still in uniform standing by the front counter who were talking insanely loud about personal stuff. One was so loud, I had to repeat my order twice because the cashier couldn’t hear me. She was babbling on about a guy fixing her resume on Facebook and how she thought someone stole cigarettes out of her purse… blah, blah, but the issue was how freaking loud she was talking. EVERYONE in the dining room was just shaking their heads as to how and why someone felt the need to go out of their way to be that insanely loud. She then decided to order food before she left and started yelling what she wanted to the cooks in the back. Everyone in that entire restaurant hear her screaming her order to the cooks and started making jokes about how loud and rude she was. She then started screaming about her Über coming and ordered someone to go outside and see if a car in the parking lot was her Über. Just in general an incredibly, loud, rude person, who apparently thinks the entire restaurant wanted to hear about her Facebook page and other personal issues. If it were a customer, I am pretty sure they would have asked her to leave or at least keep it down, so I have to wonder why the manager didn’t ask her to please keep it down, since she was an employee. I worked in fast food when I was younger and totally get it is pretty casual, but this was so unprofessional for people that work there to be out in the front of the house, still in uniform talking about personal stuff like they were at a high school party trying to yell over the music. A dad grabbed his little girl and got a «to go» bag and left. Anyway, it was just really odd that the manager was either nowhere to be found or just didn’t care that her loud ass employee was literally running customers out of the restaurant and apparently not doing her job since most the tables hadn’t been wiped, the garbage’s were over flowing and there were flying bugs everywhere. In case the manager cares to look into it, I was there at about 4:15 pm on 10/25/2015 You should be able to figure out who was working at that time and who just got off. The insanely loud, rude girl had really long, dark hair. Again, the cashier was really nice, so want to be sure she gets some kudos for her professionalism.

Ordered a turkey club. They gave me a sandwich with 4 pieces of bacon on it. Where the hell is my turkey? Not only that, the bacon was covered in Brown sugar. Please tell me why these people deserve 15 $ an hour? I mean, if someone orders a turkey sandwich, how the he’ll do you forget to put the turkey on it?

Arby’s is Arby’s wherever I go and most get 4 stars, one maybe even 5 but this one deserves 4 for food and ZERO for service. I stop in here once every 1 – 2 weeks for lunch and always have poor service from the nasty, disinterested, mean lady at the front counter. She never says hello, thank you or you’re welcome. She rarely asks what you’ll have and sometimes doesn’t even look at you. Today I was behind a man who asked for light sauce on his two sandwiches. She yelled at him for asking after she closed his ticket and complained that she had to turn around and tell the cook. She yelled at the customer that«you do this every day!»(By the way, she forgets to give me my drink cup every time I come here.) Then when the customer got his order, they told him that one sandwich had light sauce. He said«they both were supposed to be light sauce but never mind» and left. As he was leaving but still in earshot, the cashier had to let everyone know«he only asked for one with light sauce! He does that every day!!!» If he does that every day, why doesn’t she bother to ask him before she closes his ticket. If I wasn’t wearing a uniform, I would have called her on her terrible service and left. There are plenty of other lunch choices around. I won’t be back until she’s gone. It’s not like management doesn’t know. I’ve received poor service from her for a long time. I don’t understand how they can keep someone like that as the face for their company. Wake up Arby’s! It’s all about customer service!!!

Went here 10÷3÷2013 Ambience. C Floor with a drink sticky and spilled out to the door. Why isn’t staff cleaning up? Service. D They could care less Food B. I still like the flavors of an Arby’s and their sauces — especially the bbq and horsey sauce! Price. B There’s a dollar menu. And sandwiches run from $ 1 to $ 6

I really appreciate this Arby’s — the manager Dennis is great. I like that they make their own salads, instead of ordering them from the commissary. I usually eat here once a week — and I rarely if ever have a problem with my food.

It’s an Arby’s. I don’t know why you’re bothering to read a review for a FASTFOODRESTAURANT(come on guys, they’re all pretty much the same), but here are some highlights: –official Arby’s food(you wouldn’t be reading this if you didn’t like it) –ample parking –a very clean and re-done sizable dining room This is probably the nicest Arby’s I’ve visited in the U.S., if that helps persuade you. Seriously, why are you reading this? IT’S ARBY’S. It’s ROASTBEEF, and it’s DELICIOUS. Go!

Never had a problem here. I see a lot of people going 4 star for places because it’s fast food. I figure you’re getting what you go for. I know when I go to Arby’s I’m going to pay more. I also know that at heart it’s fast food. For what it is I think this place is great. I don’t get a lot of the complaints, I was there last week and they still have those market fresh sandwiches. I have no idea why the potato cake guy is complaining when he didn’t ask what they were to begin with. The first time I asked they flat out said their potato cakes are pretty much hash brown patties. The guy I see running the place almost every lunch time is super nice and friendly. He uses a goofy voice to call out your name and it always makes me smile. I totally recommend this place, but keep in mind it IS fast food and no amount of bitching is going to change that basic equation.

I popped my Arby’s cherry here, and it was not good. I ordered the cravin’ chicken sandwich and the potato cakes through the drive thru. The cashier was cheery and offered me all the sauces, but then I had to wait fifteen minutes for the sandwich to cook. By the time I received the sandwich, the chicken was so hot that it instantly wilted the lettuce. The chicken was also chewy and stringy! Barf. I was secretly hoping the potato cakes would be like latkes, but they were more like greasy McDonald morning hashbrowns, but with dinner. At least all curiosity I had for Arby’s is officially gone.

Ok, so this place seems to have bad reviews, but that’s never been my experience. I’ve never actually been inside this Arby’s, but I’ve gone through the drive-thru my fair share of times. I’m not reviewing the quality of Arby’s as a chain, but this one in comparison to others. I’ve always been super satisfied. The staff is friendly and service is quick. The food always comes out hot. Once they forgot to throw the sauce in, but no biggie. Their drive-thru is definitely awkward though. You have to leave the parking lot and go onto a street(given it’s a back street that’s not well traveled) before re-entering the drive-thru. Either way, be sure to keep an eye out during lunch hour since sometimes there is oncoming traffic and they’re not so thrilled when you accidentally pull out in front of them, not realizing you’re on a street, not in a drive-thru still. Oopsies.

This review isn’t so much for the food as it is for the service I got when I was here several weeks ago. I was inside and had just taken a bite of my sandwich when some guy comes in and said my car had just been hit and run in the parking lot. Pissed off and worried about my baby, I dropped my sandwich and ran out to see my bumper hanging on the ground. I called the cops and waited outside for them to take the report along with the guy that witnessed the whole debachle. After the cop had taken the report I went back in to finish my lunch only to see that it had been cleared away. The lady at the front counter had seen me outside with the cop and called me to the front counter. She told me they threw my lunch away, but were going to replace it for free with a fresh one. I couldn’t believe I was getting service like that from Arby’s, it was totally unexpected. I thank them for their great customer service that day. It made a horrible day a little better.

The SoDo Chronicles part 1: Had to swing by the Showbox SoDo yesterday afternoon to bring some Dethklok ads to Brandon, and I’ve been meaning to check out the various joints on Fast Food Mile over there on 4th Ave. South. In fact, you have just witnessed the birth of my next project. Expect a series. I roll up to Le Drive Thru, and realize they don’t have any of the wacky specials from the store windows displayed on Le Drive Thru menu. Annoying, but kinda impressive for the blatant ripoffy ballsiness. None of those 5 for $ 5 things that the oven mitt tells me about on their commercials. They didn’t have the pretty good sandwiches I used to occasionally get(Market Fresh or something like that?) So it’s $ 17 for a couple* of meal«deals.» I’ll say it: oof! pay-grab-drive Blitzen the Italian Greyhound was rolling with me, and even he wasn’t feeling the aroma. At The Office: Son of a bitch! They shorted me a sandwich! No straws!!! The stuff I did get was smashed and cold, the buns had that mushy wet, sitting around for a while under a headlamp consistency. google-google-google. phone number doesn’t work, corporate doesn’t have a phone number for anything except franchise opportunities, I fill out the form. I am promised a pair of VIP cards good for combo meals, that rating will totally double if they actually show up. update: yeah! I’m an Arby’s VIP! *I had to get one for Mayo**, who was waiting for me back at the office. **He’s a person, although I’m friendly with the condiment as well.

Here’s a question for you to ponder next time you blow through a red light to make it to this local delicatessen’s drive through window: why is the Arby’s Beef n’ Chedder cheaper than the regular Arby’s Roast Beef? Especially when that cheese to so good you just want to crawl inside its plasticine goodness and suffocate with joy? Chalk this one up to «mysterious ways.»

Oh, Arby’s. Your mystery pressed meat has captured my heart for decades. Through the years, all of the other fast food chains have dropped off my radar. McDonald’s? Gone. BK? Gone. Wendy’s? Gone. Well, mostly, I do occasionally get a frosty craving. KFC? Never even on my radar, for chicken is the poop of the devil. Foul beasts, they are. I wish I could say one is better than the next, but honestly, all of these places are the same. That’s kind of what franchises are all about. Living in Queen Anne as I do, this particular location is convenient for when I am either picking someone up from the airport or hitting the SoDo Costco. I will comment on one dish in particular. The«pepper jack» sandwich. Being a great lover of cheeses, I tend to take umbrage when a cheese is falsely advertised. This pepper jack they spoke of, I do not think they know what it is supposed to be. I’m not sure they have the cheese concept down at all, now that I think about it. Cheese is to be sliced onto a sandwich, not squeezed. Write that down, Arby’s. Keep it with you, always. Unfortunately, your sinister«5 for $ 5.95» deal caught me on these sandwiches so I may keep the remainder of them in my fridge with me, always. Or until I clean out my fridge. Whichever comes first.

Do you ever get a craving for something really bad that you use to eat all the time as a child? On occasion I do. Growing up after Church on Sundays we’d all go out as a family for lunch, occasional my parents would pick places that my brother and I would like i.e. Arby’s and Wienerschnitzel, don’t judge me I was a kid I didn’t know better, plus my mom being the«Coupon Queen» that she is always had coupons for these two places. The other Sunday, I was craving Arby’s curly fries. Why I was craving them I have no idea but I went on a mission to get some. I came, I found, I conquered my craving. The curly fries were not as great as I remembered but they hit the spot and so did the jalapeño bites with the bronco berry sauce. Since they are Pepsi people and I’m not a Pepsi person I just had to have a small chocolate shake. It was an ugly day let me tell you, my tummy was not happy but my mouth sure was. The inside is a little messy and sticky but it’s a fast food chain they normally are messy and sticky. The service is lacking, no one seems to want to be there(ok I admit I’ve been there more than once) but than again it is a fast food chain. **Update** The whole time my nephews were in town and I’d ask them what they were hungry for all I heard from the two of them was«I’m thinking Arby’s» so off I took them to the lovely SoDo Arby’s. Once we walked in they said, «Can we getting this to go please?» Since they said please I let them get it to go. They love Arby’s just not the location of this one.

I’ve been coming to this Arby’s for quite a number of years. A few years ago it mysteriously closed for more than a year. It re-opened about a year ago. Which I like. The food is fine. Not stellar. The best arby’s is in olympia at least thus far in my Arby’s adventures. The drive thru is now open late(I think 11pm). I think Arby’s has the best chicken for fast food restaurants. Eh… it is fast food…
