My husband found Tony online while we were looking to relocate from Huntington Beach, Ca to the Seattle Area of Washington. We liked his website and we reached out to him. The initial conversation had us impressed. He seemed to really know the area and specialized in the Eastside. He took the time to get to know us even from a distance and what are requirements or «wishes» were in a home. He immediately put us on the MLS listing update so we could keep up with new inventory. On a week visit in May, he had a binder prepared with our names on it, some info about the towns we were looking at, and a print out of each house we would be viewing. I felt this was top notch service, but this was only the beginning! As we got closer to relocating, he began making sure we had all our «ducks in a row» so to speak. He gave us a great referral to a local lender who got us through the pre-​approval process in order to increase our chances of securing an accepted offer. What I liked most about him and where he really excels is his uncanny and expert knowledge about the area and involvement in the community. Not just the obvious things, but the underlying information that not most people would take the time to research or know-​like where and when the next school or development in our neighborhood would be built and if it would affect us or our comfort of living. He also really got to know both my husband and my individual needs and tastes and even though he still showed us all homes in our price range for the area we wanted, he already knew if we would like it or not. He also encouraged us to look past the things that might not matter so much (like landscaping) and focus on the quality and price per square foot of the home… which ultimately led us to our 1^st dream home! He was right on target when it came to the appraisal and pointed out so many things and details about our home that I would have never noticed being a first time home buyer. He was with us every step of the way and provided the highest level of service… I can’t imagine there are many realtors with his skill, insight and professionalism. He was available to negotiate terms and sign documents as needed and as a result we closed on our house in less than 30 days! Since we closed the deal, he has still reached out to us to make sure we are settled and following up on our new home warranty etc. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home with the utmost confidence.
