An Evolution In Chiropractic

Dr. Morgan helped me so much! I have hip issues and had been doing physical therapy, which involved chiropractic work. After that was complete and some time passed I felt that I needed some adjustments. I was recommended to Dr. Morgan by a friend and made an appointment. I noticed a difference immediately. I went to Dr. Morgan for over a year and only stopped because I moved too far to be able to see him on regular basis. The one reason I thought our visits were so beneficial was because Dr. Morgan focused so well on your body as a whole not only physically but spiritually as well. There was always a weight lifted when I left his office, not just because of the adjustment, but because he helped me adjust my mind as well. Thank you Dr. Morgan, I miss our visits and if you ever start working on the south end or in Renton please let us know!

I’ve been working with Dr. Mo for a few months and have come to appreciate how he uses his chiropractic skills and knowledge within a holistic and energetic framework. I have some long-​standing issues that are improving with time, as well as other issues I didn’t even realize I had until I started feeling better. In the middle of our work together and working on other goals, I sprained my ankle and let him know. He very gently «adjusted» my ankle during that visit and I noticed immediate decreases in swelling and pain, along with improved range of motion.

Unfortunately, I am doomed to a life sitting at a desk. Although I exercise regularly, my back is weak and I have poor posture. My back is often sore. When I visited Dr. Mo about these issues, he took the time to listen to my health concerns and to offer advice about how I can improve my health moving forward. In my experience, there can be a lot of variation between chiropractors in their approach, specialty areas and self-​care recommendations. What I most appreciate about Dr. Mo, is his willingness and ability to see each person as a whole person, not just a spine or knee. His care is more complete because he takes the time to ask about all aspects of health, not the just the complaint at hand.
He is also very interested in educating about self-​care (meaning providing the tools to improve what is done outside of his office to aid in healing and improved overall health) … which, makes us not need to see him for as long or as often. I went to Dr. Mo after hurting my ribs on both the front and back on my right side. He sat down and talked with me to understand how I had hurt myself and the best course of action to remedy it. After talking he described what we were going to do and what it wold do for me. He worked all over my body, but the most impactful work he did was on my thoracic spine. The work he did there to mobilize me had an immediate positive impact on my injury and has continued to help my entire upper body feel better.

I’ve had six surgeries on my feet over my 58 years, but the reason that I visited Dr. Mo was for tightness in my neck and shoulders. While he was at it, he also adjusted the bones in my feet. To astonishment my feet didn’t hurt when I stood up on them after the treatment. The next morning I awoke pain-​free for the first time in years. No cramps, no spasms, no sharp, shooting pains when I stretched my ankles.
I had resigned myself to the belief that some pain was just the price of living for a long time. What an amazing experience to have my feet restored to full use!
Interestingly, with my new springy arches, my back and shoulders just naturally fall into a better position. The effects have been lasting. Wow! I wish I’d seen Dr. Mo decades ago.
