Worst experience ever with a carpet cleaning service. We scheduled them to clean our rental property and the guy who was scheduled called 3 times to reschedule and then never showed up or called. If I could give zero stars I would.

What a mistake and disappointment. We were billed for services not completed. The explanation was «For future reference, normally baseboards, windows, and window track cleanings are scheduled under our 4 hour package. I do see that you requested to have this done, however the girls did not have time to cover that based on the package that was selected. Our policy is to cover everything you have on the checklist WITHIN the allotted amount of time that you have scheduled. If it runs into a situation where everything on the checklist was not conquered within that allotted amount of time, the girls would suggest, for an additional cost, to add more time accordingly.» OK, would have been good to know before making the arrangements. Furthermore, the billing invoice listed these extras, appearing that we were billed for the services. Perhaps I misunderstood the invoice. After a bit of a go around, we were offered a credit for future services, or for the company to come out to re-​do. Neither worked because the cleaning was done for a specific event, which would have been over by then, and we really wanted to be done with this company. With that said, we were offered a small (token) credit to our credit card, which was not processed. Another contact a few weeks later inquiring about the credit, resulted in excuses, and another promise. Still nothing…

I was very pleased with the professional carpet cleaning service from Alpine. They were able to fit me in quickly, arrived right on time, look less than an hour for the entire service, and left my carpet in excellent shape. I have had carpet cleaning fairly often and appreciated how thorough Alpine was. Furthermore, the guy was willing to help me move furniture that was difficult to work around. Best of all, he was an excellent communicator about what he could and could not do. These guys are definitely a step above the rest and with their frequent coupons they are an excellent value. Thanks!

First try with this company and will not use them again. We had them come clean our entire house. The person who did the work knocked over a standing lamp (over $ 150 value) and broke it. When pointed out he said sorry, but offered nothing to reimburse. When moving a table he also cracked a wall and broke the door to a room. We called and he denied it… as if someone else did it. This guy was a wrecking ball… and when we called to complain we were offered $ 50 off our next cleaning… as if I would have them come into my house again. sorry Alpine Cleaners, but you have to deliver if you want this Unilocaler to recommend you.

Used one of their Valpak coupons to get a deal on carpet cleaning for my house-​but not only did I come home to dirty carpets, I had a brand new hole in my wall. Called the manager, who seemed to not believe me. I got so frustrated with the phone calls back and forth with Robbie (the manager), I actually tried asking for his supervisor – but got nowhere. They finally sent someone out to look at the damage. Manager called me back, apologized, said they’d send someone out to fix everything and re-​do the carpet. But then guy they sent to re-​do everything lied to my face about the original cleaning. I will not do business with this company again. Any company that is this unethical, this disorganized, this discourteous, deserves a scathing review.

Excellent customer service at a great price. Arun did an excellent job cleaning my rental home before I moved out and he saved me a lot of money that my landlord would have gouged me !
