Two months to set an account up with these jack wagons!!! Still no account, no ice and no call back. The minimum set for delivery is 450lbs. I use that in a week and need ice everyday. I have been buying the same ice from the gas station next door. Pathetic excuse for customer service, pathetic call center service, pathetic representation in the seattle market. Get your act together! Fire the child that operates this company and hire people with purpose. It’s ice!!! Not crates of Ferbies!

I needed a small order, no more than 10 — 15 lbs of ice in a single, solid block, and I needed it later in the evening, so I planned to pick it up after work. Knowing that some places cannot sell in such small quantities, I specifically asked the service operator who answered whether or not it was possible. She assured me that yes, it was indeed, and took my contact information, noting that someone would contact me within the hour to handle my order. I went to work, and nearly 4 hours later I had still not received a callback. I called again, got a different operator, and was then informed that in fact they could NOT fill an order so small, so I’m pretty much out of luck. I can try to scramble and find another supplier, but at this hour I’m pretty much out of luck for tonight. I have no trouble with the fact that a small order isn’t possible. I just wish they had their act together enough to not have wasted my time. Their reps were both very courteous and professional, hence 1.5 stars for each, and the second operator seemed genuinely sorry for my predicament, but at the end of the day they were still a big waste of time for me.

Awesome customer service, friendly, and informative. I needed 60 lbs of dry ice for a party and they were easy to contact, ask questions of, and buy the product from. I love supporting family businesses like this one. Did you know Allied Ice all started in Ballard? Good stuff :)
