If I could give them zero stars, I would. My daughter called them for a tow from Seattle, which they advertised as a low, flat rate. After telling them what happened — she put a couple gallons of diesel into her tank — they advised her they would just take it back to their shop to drain it and charge her $ 100. Little did we know that «All City Towing» is affiliated with «All City Auto Repair» or she would have hung up on them — we’ve had previous issues with the repair shop and never wanted to take another car there.
Needless to say, when she called them to find out about her car, she was told they couldn’t get to it that day, but would look at it the next day and give her a call. The next day, they call to advise her car is ready and it will now be over $ 900.00! She was never even given a quote or anything to suggest she would be charged that much — we absolutely would have taken it elsewhere!
This place is the worst auto shop/​towing company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. DO NOT EVER USE THEM!

I called this company to bring fuel to my daughter stranded on the highway, they responded very quickly and I think were as concerned for her safety as I was… I would recommend them again and again, thank you All City Towing!
