Alice and I have worked together for the past 5+ years. She works extremely hard for her clients and always puts their needs and wants in front of hers. In both listing and selling homes, you can’t go wrong when you work with Alice.

Alice just helped us close on our first home! Throughout the whole process, she was fantastic to work with. As first time buyers, we were filled with questions and anxieties. Alice was filled with answers and helpful advice. Not only that, but she was, hands down, the best communicator in the whole process. We always knew that if we had questions or something went wrong, we could send Alice an email or call her and have a helpful answer FAST. Even over the holidays or on evenings/​weekends. She would even stay in regular contact when she didn’t have an update, just to let us know she was still working on something or waiting for a call back, etc. Can we get a clone of her at the bank’s mortgage department? :) She’s also got friendly relationships with people in the industry (inspectors, escrow managers, etc) which meant awesome vendor recommendations and positive interactions with those folks. Alice even personally took our loan documents from escrow to the bank’s head quarters so we could close on time and not have to wait for a courier. All in all, she made a stressful process easier for us in countless ways. I’d definitely recommend her! Especially to anxious first time buyers like us.

I first met Alice at an open house in West Seattle last year. Previous to meeting her, I had gone through a five month nightmare of selling my house in West Seattle for about 20% less than my listing realtor had estimated for the market value. Good thing the house was already sold ! We were staying in Extended Stay America while looking to «down size» into a smaller home. After an extensive search on the Internet, we would do the «drive by» and jot down the addresses of homes we wanted to take an inside look at.
I met Alice at an open house that we drove by in West Seattle. She was very interactive and asked us about our home search and how it was going. We explained that we had seen homes for sale in the area that we thought were over priced and some that had been for sale but must have sold. She asked us for the addresses of the homes that had sold to check the selling prices. Turns out, they had not sold but just went off the market. She asked us about which ones we were really interested in and offered to check with the owners to see if they would reconsider selling. This was going way above and beyond what any other realtor we met offered to do. We knew that she was serious about finding us a home. After viewing several homes in West Seattle, we decided to expand our search to Ballard and Capitol Hill. Most realtors would have not gone out of their comfort zone. We found a perfect home on Capitol Hill that had been on the market for six months and the owners were ready to sell. We offered 15% less than market value and the sale closed in two weeks. You can count on Alice to be there when you need her, great negotiating skills and to get the job done! I highly recommend Alice to be your realtor.

Alice was wonderful. We have both bought a house and sold a house through Alice. She went above and beyond for both situations. Selling a house in particular especially (in the current state of things) can be very stressful and emotional. Alice did such a great job supporting us in the sale of our house at a time when house sales are more challenging than they have been in the past. She is sensitive, creative, and an excellent communicator. We would definitely call on Alice again.
