Service is quick for the most part but not very friendly. I think this is directly related to management just not caring. Can’t order lunch before 1030 but no one will tell you until you are ready to order. Food is edible but not great. Breakfast sandwiches are microwaved and fruit is stock and not fresh. Looks like the prime rib is good but there is better places to eat. Great beer though. That’s why the 2nd star.

Possibly the worst food I’ve ever had. The residents of Alaska might want to know that their beautiful state name is being used to brand the worst breakfast of my love. The eggs were literally microwaved disks… Like they came off a sausage muffin. I have not felt this ripped off or disappointed with a meal since I was actually in Alaska.

Wow. Even for dining at an airport, this is the worst experience I’ve had in years. What we ordered: Crab nachos, soft pretzel appetizer, prime rib sandwich. We sat forever without even a drink, despite staff meandering about aimlessly and chatting. I finally had to hunt someone down. When I did, I mentioned that there were clearly a couple other tables also trying to get someone to their table, and Katherine, our waitress, said«yeah sorry, none of us really know where our sections are tonight». Again… Wow. Food came out within 2 minutes(strange) but… the«prime rib» had 2oz. at the most of meat, and a tiny bun and the horseradish was piled on so heavily that I could not eat the sandwich. It was burning my nasal passages! The pretzels were hard and doughy(if you’ve had an old pretzel you know what I’m talking about… very gummy). The crab nachos were apparently good. The wine my fiancé ordered was the wrong kind but my beer was good. After all this, the bill was $ 60!!! WHAT!!! We both walked away floored and kind of angry! Beware!

Garbage. I understand that it’s an airport, but the service and food here are awful. Servers mocking customers who have decided to leave due to lack of service. Lack of attention to… everything. The inmates are absolutely running the asylum when it comes to the Alaska Lodge.

Poorest service I have ever had. Walked in right as they open, and a severe named Kenny was so rude. Yelled at us at what we wanted and was so mean. When we are going on a vacation, trying to relax. By far the worst place to eat in the sea tac airport.

Avoid at all costs. Go hungry if needed. Food is subpar, but I could let that slide at an airport. The one star is because of the service, or lack there of. Wait staff is rude, if they speak to you at all. I waited 15 minutes before being greeted at my table. If I didn’t have a long wait until my flight, I would have gotten a snack from Hudsons. Became a game to see how long everything would take. Saw many of the same situations around me. Stay away!

Everything was microwaved. Everything we ordered tasted disgusting(except for the Pike beer). I had a view of the kitchen so I saw them microwaving pre-made dishes. We stopped eating when I saw a «cook» eating while preparing food. Needless to say, we didn’t pay for our food and left disgusted. The manager confirmed everything was microwaved. Prices reflect freshly-made gourmet food, not frozen/refrigerated grub.

Wish I would have read reviews before coming here. I give one star because my prime rib sandwich was good. That was it. Whole staff walks around like zombies, talking to each other instead of serving customers. Waited almost 5 minutes before being greated. I ordered my drink, went to the bathroom, waited some more and still no drink(soda). I sandwich came and still no drink. I asked for my drunk which was sitting at the bar but waitress talked instead of rushing my drink over. I had 2 bites of half my sandwich left by time I got my drink. Been watching staff… poorly trained, no sense of urgency for people needing to catch a flight, more interested in talking to each other and no sign of management. I fly through Seattle 3 to 4 times a year… no way I eould ever go back… find another place who values their customers

I would give this place no stars if possible. Their server Cynthia is the worst server I have ever had. Extremely rude. I will never go here again and I suggest that if you do and you get her you ask for someone else.

Shit service. Even shittier drinks that were overpriced to say the least. Everyone sitting at the bar was under served and visibly frustrated. Don’t come here if you can avoid it.

Red Eye Flight… Red WIne… Right On! Stopped in here late as my overnight flight to Miami was getting ready to go. In need of a few glasses of wine to ensure a good night sleep on the plane, it that’s ever possible. I was very impressed. Great service even at 10:30pm when they’re working on getting closed up. Got a very welcome 9oz pour of decent Cabernet, and I was a happy guy. They understood my flight was coming up and made sure to get me the bill straight away as I requested. I’ve discovered in airports that if you tell them this issue up front they are understanding and work to get you taken care of… and they’d like to get paid too! I’ll be back on my next stop through Sea-Tac. Good stop for a beer or wine, and maybe some food on my next stop!

Charming place but the service is struggling. In an airport setting people need to catch flights. Relaxing for food and drinks is a great idea outside the airport setting but inside an airport people really need to catch flights. In addition the staff should be sensitive to the fact that people want to catch flights and be sensitive to that.

Burned once and chalked it up to them having a big crowd. But for a second time was not served or checked on in a timely manner. A mid sized crowd and watched as the waitress bounced between a few tables casually. The food is ok but better choices are available at SeaTac. I pass through alot and decided to give them a second chance, a mistake I won’t make again!

I was lured in by a flight delay and décor that looked like this place was going to have good food. Terrible menu to start. Food was not that good at all and I’m glad I didn’t get any seafood because I can’t imagine how bad that would have been. The waitress wouldn’t have them put mayo on my sandwich. Then after I paid in cash and said I didn’t need change she came back asking for my payment. I told her I paid her and she found it after digging through her apron with a jumble of receipts and other people’s credit cards… Surely there must be something better than this at seatac…

The food was fine but the portions were very small. Got a turkey roll up that was long on roll up short on filling. Bowl of fruit was 1 strawberry cut up in a bowl with 14 blue berries. What a joke. service was ok when I arrived but I Waited for a 2nd drink for 15 min, way too long.

My aunt enjoyed her crab bisque. I had a spinach salad ant it was ok but I picked off all the bacon, it was clearly the cheap kind that is microwaved. Out pretzels app was ok but must have also been warmed up in a microwave. Also be warned that the cheese dip was cold which I was not expecting but the honey mustard was tasty. I will probably give another dish a try before I decide whether or not I’ll be eating here when passing through.
