We are currently looking to buy vehicles from anyone in the Seattle area. If you need to fix your car we have a computerized inventory system that will give us the ability to find the right part for any vehicle.

History

Established in 1981.

The property that we are located at has been a wrecking yard for at least 75 years if not 100. The business has had the same owner, Ronald Settergren, for the past 30 years.

I’ve only been to this yard twice in the last 4 years and received extremely rude service BOTH times, the second & most recent visit I barely even made it out of my vehicle before I was YELLED at to «Properly park my vehicle (Profanity was his choice of communication), which would have been done in the first place if not for a completely unorganized yard blocking any means of adequate parking. Needless to say, I chose to leave empty handed. Which I am glad I did, as I found a great part at a great price at a different Wrecking yard not far from Affordable. I dont recommend going to Affordable Auto Wrecking but do as You will. I, personally would love to see their doors closed and perhaps sell their property to someone who knows the meaning of customer service.

I have been here twice with each visit being years apart. They have cleaned it up and its more organized but I mean its a junk yard pretty much so its not gonna be clean when you go there. The way the cars are laid out now are more organized than it was 7 years ago. You pretty much haggle with prices but their prices are reasonable too. I suggest to shop around in auburn or further because I hear they have better prices. This area in Seattle is limited, if you know of any more junk yards with good prices lmk!
