Medicine, Hypnotherapy and Mind/​Body Therapy. All of our acupuncturists have Master’s Degrees in Oriental Medicine and have done post-​graduate studies in P.R. China.

History

Established in 2000.

Acupuncture Northwest & Associates opened in 2000 in the Medical Dental Building in downtown Seattle. Stephanie Gianarelli Newton began the clinic on her own and rented out her additional space to other alternative medicine practitioners. By 2005 Acupuncture Northwest & Associates had grown to the point where a larger office was needed. That year Stephanie leased and combined two new offices in the Medical Dental Building and through a remodel and a paint job we now have the current Seattle location of Acupuncture Northwest & Associates.

Over the years new employees have been hired to keep up with the growth that Acupuncture Northwest & Associates has experienced and in February of 2009 Acupuncture Northwest & Associates opened their second office in downtown Tacoma to meet the growing demand for alternative medicine.

Stephanie G.

Business Owner

Stephanie Gianarelli (LAc, Dipl. Ac, Dipl. CH, FABORM) is a licensed acupuncturist and national board certified fertility acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist. Stephanie received her Master’s degree in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She also completed post-​graduate training in acupuncture and Chinese herbology focusing on gynecology at Zhe Jiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hang Zhou, P.R. China.

Stephanie has studied with fertility specialists, Ray Rubio, President of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (ABORM), Dr. Bob Flaws author of «Fulfilling the Essence: A Handbook of Traditional and Contemporary Chinese Treatments of Female Infertility» Jane Lyttleton, author of «The Treatment of Infertility with Chinese Medicine» and Dr. Randine Lewis, author of «The Infertility Cure». She is a member of RESOLVE and the American Society of Reproductive Medicine.
