AcroCore is the personal training and yoga business of Andreas Fetz, an NSCA certified trainer and yoga teacher. I work to create a healthy balance in the body — incorporating strength, flexibility, sound nutrition, and a focus on developing a solid center from which to build your exercise and health program.

I teach privates (both personal training and yoga), as well as group yoga classes at 8 Limbs, YogaLife, Yoga on Beacon, and a few others.

By combining the playfulness of acrobatics and the intention of yoga with the science and strength of personal training, I can help you get back to a place where exercise and movement are a joy — not a chore. When we find a simultaneous sense of play and challenge, it changes our practice from something we have to do … into something that we love to do.

I love movement, and I want to share the joy and physical benefits that I find through exercise and yoga with you.

Having been in some form of athletic training for most of my life, I’ve always loved the joy and sense of play that can be found through physicality. After seeing a Cirque du Soleil show, I absolutely fell in love with the circus arts and am now completely hooked. For the last several years, I have trained at SANCA in Seattle’s Georgetown neighborhood, focusing on both aerials (aerial silk and trapeze) and acrobatics (hand balancing and tumbling).

I took my first yoga class in 2001 and over the years it has become a vital part of my life. In 2007 I decided that I wanted to start teaching, and enrolled in the teacher training program at Seattle’s 8 Limbs Yoga Studio, which was fantastic.

I also studied for and received my personal training certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2008.
