As a first time home buyer, Abe broke things down for me and made it as easy as possible. He also had the lowest rates around that I could find, and there weren’t any unexpected fees; everything was completely up front. In fact, the most difficult part of the process was dealing with my personal bank (which wasn’t Sterling)!
I’d definitely recommend Abe and his team to anyone buying a house.

I worked with Abe on buying my first home in February 2011. I was very nervous going into the process but he and Alexis were wonderful to work with and walked me patiently through each step. Some things that particularly impressed me were how they were actively looking after interest rates for me even before my offer was accepted, the diligence with which we prepared my documentation so that approval would be a breeze, the detail in which they reviewed the back-​and-​forth paperwork, and how they communicated with the escrow agent at crunch time. I’ll definitely be working with Abe in the future.
