History
Established in 2003.
3R Technology began in 2003 out of a small office in downtown Seattle, providing a much-needed collection point and reuse center for the Take It Back Network of King County. Founder Glen Gaidos realized the need for a service that met the complete electronics recycling needs of small and medium sized businesses, including data destruction, value recovery, and environmentally sound disposition. In the past 8 years, 3R Technology has recycled tens of thousands of computers, millions of pounds of e-waste, and cleared valuable space in countless offices, server rooms and warehouses. We’ve also refurbished, donated, and repaired thousands of computers that have found a new life in schools, businesses and homes.

Glen P.
Business Owner
Glen’s had a varied background from CEO to IT consultant to audio production engineer and studio manager over the past 15 years. His travels have led him from application engineering through music composition and most recently to boot-strapping an electronics recycling start-up from 0 to 12 employees in a few years.
His years in the IT community have helped him understand technology and how best to re-purpose it, and all the phone calls during his tech support days have helped solidify his hands-on approach to customer service!
