I leased a 1-bedroom unit at 1711 and just recently moved out to get a 2-bedroom apartment with a friend. The building, location, and management are excellent. Any issues or questions I had were addressed quickly by the Bonavista Management team. The units feature some great amenities and the rooftop deck cannot be beat. The price was a bit steep, but definitely fair considering the current rental demand in Seattle at the moment. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at 1711 and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in a prime location of Capitol Hill.

I have lived in 1711 for a year now and I absolutely love it. Being new to Seattle, I could not have asked for a more perfect location right in the middle of all the action of Capitol Hill and a 15 min walk to downtown. We went for a loft style unit which feels really large inside and super private. These units also come with a huge patio which has been great for our pup. The building is brand new so the finishes are top notch. Pricing is a bit expensive but it’s on par with this area and you truly get what you pay for. I have looked at 20+ new buildings in the area and this is a true gem :)

This place sucks, just like all the other brand new condo shit holes in seattle. Only giving more than one star because there is roof access and there is a carpeting of succulent plants up there and I really enjoyed that. But that is it. Don’t live here if you don’t have to. The prices are too high for what they’re offering and maintenance will NEVER come to answer a service request. Just don’t bother. I spent 12 months living here and regretted signing that lease almost immediately. If you want to be a real part of seattle’s community, don’t live somewhere that JUST got built in the last couple years. I learned that lesson the hard way.
