We purchased Hunter Douglas blinds through this dealer 4 years ago– several of them have never been right, however we have learned to live with it.
The valance on our dining room blind have fallen TWICE. The first time they fell and hit me in the head.
After waiting MONTHS for a new valance we were assured it would not fall again– guess what? It fell again 3 days ago.
Multiple calls and emails to the store and no return calls or emails.
After spending over $ 3k on blinds for my home I expect better customer service than this.
They were installed wrong and cut wrong, because they were measured wrong– whose fault is that? The store and representative that came out to measure– my windows and doors did not change.
If we don’t hear back tomorrow we are contacting corporate– which I want to do anyway because the blinds in the dining room have been wrong since the day they were installed–
My advice is to go to another dealer if you want Hunter Douglas blinds– you don’t have to buy them here–

This place is amazing! Pat was incredibly helpful and made sure that my carpet selection and installation was correct from start to finish. It is locally owned and operated – what more could you want? The owner and his wife are also very friendly and engaging. Don’t waste your time going somewhere that tries to «sell» you on a product. Come here and tell them your needs/​price range and they will make sure you are treated well.

I tried to buy carpeting from them but their service was so bad I couldn’t. I couldn’t get a return phone call so I went down in person to find some not so busy sales people with very little knowledge of what they were selling. After waiting two days and no response I went to another store and was all set within a half hour.

We’re long-​time residents who have used Miller’s for quite a while; however, this time Brent and Roland were absolutely fabulous! We had 11 oriental rugs that were cleaned to perfection, brought back on time and laid on the rug pads as they should be (not always true with some companies).
Ronald is apparently the gentleman who cleans the rugs and Wow! what a great job. Can’t say enough about Miller’s and their rates are super competitive. Wouldn’t use anyone else.
If there is something you need, or a problem handled, Brent seems to be the go-​to guy and is one of the most polite people (probably because he’s a true Southern Gentleman) we’ve ever met. If there’s an issue, can’t imagine that Miller’s wouldn’t handle it competently.

Millers Carpet beat all of my expectations for price, service, meeting commitments, communicating effectively, and helping me make sound decisions.
My insurance company asked me to give them a call when their Premier Provider was taking 7 months to get my carpet in. Once I visited Millers, within a couple days, we had selected the perfect carpet, they had ordered, and they monitored its delivery so that we could install as soon as it arrived.
I am so grateful for all that they did. Craig gave me the confidence that I could just turn it over, and it would be handled. And, Sharon supported the order by coming out to measure, and advised on the perfect color to compliment the rest of the house. And, she was right. She has a keen decorator eye, backed by years of experience in the industry. And, Craig is easily the best in the business! Together, they are an unbeatable team.
There is NO downside to selecting Millers Carpet. They do exactly what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, with no surprises. The crew that came in did an exceptional job of installation.

Contrary to previous reviews, we had an absolutely outstanding experience with Millers Carpet One in every aspect of our carpet planning, purchase and installation. We had carpet installed throughout the house, and were able to plan two installation dates that fit our schedule perfectly.
In ordering the carpet, they made very certain that we ordered just the amount that we needed with careful planning of cut patterns and pieces, the installation was flawless, and the crew and staff very friendly and accommodating.
We could not be more pleased.

The people at Miller’s Carpet One did an outstanding job of installing carpet in my bedroom and bathroom two years ago. So when it came time to replace the carpet in the lower level of my home last year, I decided to go back to them. What I learned is that carpet is carpet — you get what you pay for and you can buy cheap or you can buy the best. But if the installation job is crappy, you have crap, no matter how expensive the carpet. Miller’s carpet installers completely botched the second installation, which includes two bedrooms, an office, a media room and a hall. The installers left marks and dings on the molding and walls, all of which Miller’s took care of after the fact. Seams are very apparent (they tell me now its the type of carpet, not the installation, which they may be correct about — I wish they’d told me this when I bought it?) And there are ongoing problems, such as where the carpet is pulling away from the wall in two locations, leaving gaps under the molding. You can see that the carpet was trimmed too small. They will hopefully come back to fix this — they say they will. But I’ve had to call repeatedly to get someone to come back to my home. My advice is, if you buy carpet here, make certain you have their A-​team installers or forget it.
