Community Collision Fast Track Center

They did an AMAZING job on my 2010 Honda Accord.
Back in December, I (stupidly) crashed into a wooden shed in front of my parking spot at my apartment complex. This was the only body shop in the area that took my parents’ car insurance, which my car is under. The car initially had several scratches on the sides, thanks to trying to park in the tight parking spot, but the crash put several more dents and scratches on the front of the car. The damage was enough for some parts to be replaced. Not only did they replace the parts and pair them, but they also covered up some of those initial scratches. The car looks SO much better as a result and you can’t tell that it had parts replaced!
Tony was very nice and even came up on the weekends to look at my car (they’re not usually open on the weekends and I couldn’t fit anything in on weekdays). Did I mention they gave us a bag of Ghirardelli chocolate squares afterward?
I would definitely recommend them!

I contacted another collision repair center and didn’t hear back from them in over a month and I didn’t want to go back to the shop I previously reviewed. My brother recommended this place and they were able to take my car in the same day.
I got pictures of the progress of the repairs and regular calls from Tony updating my car’s status. When I picked up my car, Tony went through the repair work and noted they had a lifetime guarantee on the work.
I hope it’s a long time before I need repair work again, but I will definitely return if needed!

I received excellent service from fast track for my accident damage to the front bumper. Tony the manager went over and beyond what I expected. I had several requests and he accomplished all without hesitation. I needed my baby’s car seat put in the rental car, then back into my car. He installed it better than it was done before. My headlights were glazed and they polished them perfectly which removed the glaze to my surprise. I asked for touch up paint — they supplied it to me without question. The work was done flawlessly. Looks like new. They told me when it would be done and they were accurate. They took care of everything with my insurance and they let me know my deductible. I highly recommend them. Ask for Tony and you will get unbelievable service. I also got a package of chocolates. Sweet!

Great customer service!!! Had an accident that required body work and they did a great job with the repairs and paint. However, the outstanding part of my experience was the help and service I received from Tony Morgan and Cheryl Brown. They were both extremely helpful, thorough and professional. They helped with my car rental, suggested I have some additional work done while my car was being repaired so the price would be lower, called me during the week my car was in to give me status reports, and were absolutely there for me through the entire process. I would highly recommend these folks if you ever have an accident and need repair work done.

Awesome place.
Quick, courteous, and they did great work on my Jeep Wrangler.
They dropped me off back home after I handed over my Jeep and picked me up when it was ready.
They also post pictures every day of what they’re doing to your vehicle which is pretty cool to see some of the process.
You can definitely still enter their driveway going southbound (another user dinged them a star for that, really?). Yah, its a bit more precarious, but I did it several times without much effort.
Great work, super friendly, they keep you informed, its obvious they care about their work, and you get to see pictures.
EVERYTHING you want in a repair center.

I was rear ended a week ago and was recommended by my insurance company to get my repairs at Community Collision Center. I went in for an estimate, Tony and Cheryl were really professional and offered good customer service. Tony completed my estimate and then ordered the parts right away and they arrived in two days. The waiting area had a water dispenser and there was a small coffee maker as well, magazines and some art work.
I dropped my car off the day after and was picked up by Enterprise for my rental. I then received a courtesy call from Tony notifying me of the update on my car and how the repairs were going. I also received pictures of my car and the status of my car. That was really cool.
I was called on the third day, letting me know that my car was ready for pick up. I arrived to pick it up and I signed the documents waiving my payment and that it would go to the insurance company. Cheryl handed me a bag of Ghirardelli chocolate squares as a gift with my paperwork. Community Collision even detailed my car inside and out.
If I had to get repairs again, I would go back to Community Collision. The only downside would be access into their driveway, you have to be traveling North on Del Monte not South on Del Monte to enter the drive way.

I couldn’t believe some one backed into my husbands brand new Lexus, I took it to Community Collision Center, they once again did their magic and the car looks GREAT. Their staff recognized me and treated me like one of their Family.

Community Collision Center is the place you want to take your vehicle if you need work done. The customer service is the best I have received, they tell you everything you need to know and all your options, and are very accessible and convenient. I took my car there first a few months back, recently I just stopped in to have the guys check a small thing out and they took my car in, fixed it within 15 minutes and didn’t charge a thing, sent me home with a hot cup of coffee! HIGHLY RECOMMEND-​everyone one there treats you like you are the most important customer.

I recently had some damage to my car. I called my insurance company and they recommended that I get a quote from Community Collision at 1670 Del Monte, Seaside, Ca. I have to say the people there were great. From the moment I went to get a quote to the moment I picked up my car, there Customer Service was great. I got my estimate quick and I got my car repaired quick. They have excellent turn around times. The repairs were great and the detail of my car was excellent. I do suggest them to anyone who needs some auto repair.

Last week, I had the unfortunate pleasure of watching someone back into my parked car. In order to get reimbursed, I had to get three quotes for the damage. I called up my dealership and they recommended Community Collision Center.
When I first got my quote, and the staff originally seemed friendly and nice. After getting 2 more quotes, I found one for about $ 100 lower, but quite a distance from where I lived and I wanted to be closer if I was without a car for 3+ days.
I called up Community Collision and told them my situation, and said that I knew they were recommended and I would tell all my friends if they could help me out. They told me to bring by the lower quote and they could see if they can honor it. So I drove it out to them, and then didn’t hear from them until I had to call back and was informed that they still weren’t sure yet and I should call tomorrow.
After two more days of getting the run-​around, I just gave up and took it to a much better more reputable place who fixed my car in half the time for a much lower price. If you don’t have insurance to cover an accident, or are forced to go out of pocket because someone else doesn’t have insurance to cover the costs, avoid this place. They will just rip you off and refuse to help you.
