Cleanline Surf

I was searching the web for so long trying to find a ⁴⁄₃ chest zip in my size (ms). Seemed like everywhere was completely sold out because of the great waves we’ve been having here in Southern California. Even most of my local shops were sold out of 4/3’s.
I finally found CleanLine’s website and they had a perfect suit for me. Quicksilver ⁴⁄₃ chest zip Syncro LFS in my size. Great price n the tracking number came very quickly. Also the shipping time was really fast, three days or so with great packaging! They bagged the suit in the box and added some wax n stickers as a dope little hook up.
Great customer service and a solid product to stay out in the water longer and be warmer. Thanks crew at CleanLine.

Cleanline Surf Shop is the place to go to! They got everything you need. Their prices, quality of products and variety are great. They also have great customer service. Paavo Delind (who is a manger in the store) was the one who helped me with buying a new wetsuit and other surfing accessories. He was very knowledgeable about every product I had a question about. He was also very patient and super helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

I haven’t heard of this place before but was looking for a new wetsuit online and came across their website. I purchased the woman’s flash bomb wetsuit and a few other small things which all came packed super neatly in the box. I also got a nice handwritten note along with a bunch of super cool freebies! Fast shipping too! Super stoked to get in the water with my new wetsuit and will definitely purchase from cleanline again!

I live in San Diego California and I keep find myself buying from these guys online. I’m not sure how I stumbled upon them, but I’m very happy that I did. The pricing is good and the shipping is free if you spend a small amount of money. There is no sales tax in Oregon. I bought a wet suit that didn’t fit like my typical Rip Curl and the return process was simple.
I’m a die hard Amazon shopper and I find that Cleanline is a superior experience. I have not said that about any online store. How can you compete with Amazon? Well let me tell you. You drop a hand written thank-​you note in with the purchase, a handful of Starbursts, and on a occasion a free Cleanline Surfshop T-​shirt.

I mail-​ordered a surf helmet from these guys. My pre-​order email question was quickly answered. Shipment was super fast, and the helmet was just as advertised.
Price was lower than I could find anywhere.

Definately a local small business with a very personal friendly vibe. Customer service emails are answered quickly. And when I needed to make a last minute change to my order they accomodated me… very smooth experience.

Ordered a wetsuit online and was pleasantly surprised by the additional items packed with my wetsuit. In addition to my wetsuit, they gave me a bar of wax, some stickers, and candy. I greatly appreciate their generosity and customer service. It may seem that it was just a little gesture, but that’s the best part of life. Flowers when you don’t expect it, a random thank you card from a friend. Although I returned my wetsuit (due to sizing), I will buy another suit from Cleanline and any other surfing needs. Im all the way in Florida and found Cleanline using google search. Found what I wanted and had it shipped, never expecting to get customer service the way I did when I was nothing more than a click and ecommerce lead.
Jeff, and the Cleanline crew: Congratulations. If this level of service people get when they are just a click, I can only imagine to the lengths you go when people walk in your store. A hand written note? Thats as rare as a perfect north swell on the Miami Beach where I live.

Awesome shop. Called about wetsuit sizing and ordered what the guy suggested on phone and it fit perfect.
They even threw in free surf wax and some free starburst candy haha in the box.
Got a shirt too, its designed by a quality artist and you can tell by the detailing. Not the commercial web designed graphic shirts most shops make.

What more can I say about Cleanline Surf except that they cultivate, maintain, and continue to refresh my online surf gear junkie shopping experience to the point of maximum STOKE!
Yes, they are in Oregon and whenever I’m up there I try to visit them, along with all other local surf shops. I truly believe in patronizing small businesses, especially on a surf level! Problem is that, since I work and travel so much, by the time I’m off duty all of the shops are closed so thank goodness for the internet.

is fantastic! It’s concise, easy to navigate, offers a ginormous selection of up to date product, and, well, NO SALES TAX and free shipping!!! Since I only have a limited amount of time to surf, every freaking second counts. Over the years I’ve bought suits, fins, leashes, apparel, and accessories from this store and they have never disappointed thus allowing me more time in the water.
On my last go round I was jones-​ing for the «Rip Curl Pro» GPS watch. It’s state-​of-​the-​art, tracks your location, length of ride, tides, conditions, etc. It’s also really pricey, but worth it. So I placed my order online and received an email from «Matt» at Cleanline. He wanted to reconfirm the order with me for security reasons, to make sure my account wasn’t being hacked, and to see if there was anything else I needed. How COOL is that?! I’ve placed many orders with Cleanline and each time the service, merchandise, and delivery have been top notch!

Most stores are pretty nice when they are trying to sell you something, so I would never give a 5-​star rating for that.
From the start (phone/​online order from CA), my own experience was good.
Talked to someone in the store (Tom) while looking at the online store, to help me figure out the options. Tom even went and got a wetsuit off the rack and turned the legs inside out to make sure they had the same lining as the body.
So: ordered the suit and it came quickly.
Here’s where the real 5-​stars comes in: the suit (O’Neill Psycho III) had some features that I didn’t like, including the neck was too tight and the sort of reverse neck bib that you have to pull up from the back was a pain and also too tight. I sent it back, no hassles, no questions, instant refund.
The best businesses are the ones that do more than just take your money, they stand behind their products and guarantee your satisfaction.
I will be buying more from Cleanline in the future. (I could get this stuff locally, but too many local shops like Rusty hire jerks that are «too cool for school» and manage to be both arrogant and clueless. Life’s too short to spend time around them.)

Very nice looking store, nice merchandise, however attitude sucks towards those of us from out of town. Have experienced similar behavior in the past as well. Too bad for them… we were were ready to buy but not from here. Looking forward to posting pics of the SACRED surf spot at the point.

I have never been disappointed when coming to Cleanline. I’ve been coming to Seaside for years and we always stop at Cleanline. The staff is incredibly nice and they have great inventory. Cleanline is by far the best surf shop I have EVER been to!

We barnies came in to rent some boards and wetsuits on Saturday afternoon. Weren’t sure what to expect as it was a nice day and figured a lot of gear had probably been rented out already. Turns out the people at Cleanline were super nice and helpful and we were in, out, and on our way with the boards strapped to the top of the subi in no time! We were a little late getting back but were still greeted with smiles. I also appreciated the clean bathroom.
Prices of rentals were lower than surf shops in Cannon beach. Their employees are knowledgeable and we all got sized properly for suits n boots. Will recommend!

Josh at CLEANLINE was a wealth of information on my quest to learn kite boarding. He was able to hook me up with a great trainer kite and was able to explain all the reasons I should start with a trainer kite and not just jump into the big boy kite. We had so much fun with the kite the next day we went back to CLEANLINE to get a all terrain land board to ride down the beach. All the people at CLEANLINE were super helpful and friendly and the store inventory for surfing and kiting supplies was amazing. I will defiantly be returning to CLEANLINE for the remainder of my kite boarding gear. Keep up the good work CLEANLINE.

These guys do a great job, bought an F-​Bomb Wetsuit from them, it arrived with some surfwax, cleaning solution for the wetsuit, and they even personalized it with a note.
They did such a good job I went back to them with request for reef boots and fire-​skin for an upcoming Bali Trip. Guys are Legit and honestly, if you can, feel good about supporting a Surf Store that not only takes care of you, but keeps those guys warm in that cold Oregon H20…
