The owner is a charming and outgoing person one feels comfortable doing business with. However, when it came time to resolve a problem of a leaking lantern roof which he installed, he came once to look, promised to come back while it was raining, to see where the rain was coming in, but never did. After the first visit he never answered or returned our numerous calls. And It has rained a few times since, even on the Peninsula!
