I hired Ann Thomson as my attorney to handle my custody case. Ann worked hard to get my family the best results in court. I could not have a better attorney than her! Ann and her staff are down to earth and very professional. Their attention to detail and follow up is flawless.

Ann Thomson and her team treated me the same way! I spent $ 7000.00 and ended up leaving with unfinished business. She double charged me for emails, phone calls, return phone calls regarding the same issue. The emails would be sent to her paralegal and then reviewed by Ann. The client would paid for both, ultimately chewing up most of the retainer fee. She was late for an appointment, with no apology and charged for the full hour.
As her client you will pay over and over for the same inquiry because she drags her feet. All along she will be charging you, every time you attempt to following up on the status of your case. This was by far the worst experience one could imagine.

After spending $ 15K in one month she failed to deliver in court and I am back to square one in five month for another trail for a simple existing RFO to modify visitation with my child to have more weekends. Her office finds the most expensive way to handle my case and she will charge you for the most insignificant things. ie, when I cancelled my services with her she charge me email, paralegal time, and more email time. As her client you will continue to pay, pay, and pay with no results. She does not tell you about the charges ahead of time instead she is like a child in a candy store with her billing you for every and anything she can. You only find this out when the bill arrives even if you ask her not to please inform me of big charges. If you want to waste your money and get nothing done then she is the attorney for you. She will charge you «paralegal» time. Is she not the attorney? Or is that a nice way for her to have more billable hours? Very shady and dishonest. She smiles and promises things she knows she can not deliver and trys to ride the gravy train for as long as she can.
